Junior and his workers that came to install the fence did a professional job. The installation went very well and did a good job with the clean up. I recommend them to my neighbor and she will now be using them to install the fence. I found the price very competitive to other and Junior gave me a very good estimate, so I went to his company. I would recommend calling this company for the estimate and I'm sure they will be very please.

Jayce fencing and the manager in charge Junior is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked with. Didn’t show up on scheduled day and I had to call and text to find out what’s going on. After day 2, day 3 they just didn’t show up until I called to ask where are the guys, then they showed up in the afternoon. That’s hardly my issue. The real issue is the height of the fence from the ground. Prior to installing the panels they asked how high I wanted the panels from the ground, I told them 4 inches. They started with the 4 inches but then in the middle they decided they didn’t care, the fence is literally on the ground. The fence also shakes and might come down with strong wind. I complained and complained and he said his guys would come to fix it. I haven’t heard from them in 2 weeks, I needed the fence to be raised so I could replace my blacktop. This company is unprofessional, unresponsive, careless and lousy. I would never recommend them. Now I have to find another company to fix their mess!!!

There are multiple areas with gaps around the bottom of the chain link fence where it was supposed to be flush with the ground. This is the only request I had myself when my husband hired them was for the bottom portion to be secure so my small dog does not get out. Also there are posts that are wobbly and move when lightly touched. These are both problems that Junior himself saw when doing the completion inspection. He said they are easy fixes and his guys would return soon and be done in a couple hours max. It has been over three months since the fence was installed and I’m still waiting for it to be corrected. We paid $3,800 plus $100 extra for a permit we never received, even after requesting it. He does not answer the phone or return calls. Except for when I called from an unknown number, then he said they would be here today and they were again a no show. And my small dog is still getting out...

Really Well

I came across this company from Lowes. They were supposed to install my fence and when the day came, they didn’t show nor call me. They are not professional and tried to blame Lowes. I got so frustrated with them and Lowes that i ended up canceling my installation with them. I had a terrible experience with this company and I don’t recommend doing business with them.

Junior and team were professional and efficient. Fence was installed perfectly. I would recommend and hire again for future projects!

Junior was great to deal with, returned calls, worked to fit my calendar, all other contractors needed @ 3 weeks from order date, he did it in 1 and followed-up to see if everything was Ok. Workers likewise were prompt, polite, professional, quick and made sure the finished product was as I expected.

Excellently! Approved contract on Monday and work began and finished on Wednesday! When Junius was running just a few minutes late, he called to let us know and to assure us that he would be arriving shortly. He was very professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. His estimate was reasonable, they worked steadily and completed the job in one day. They needed to go around a beautiful Holly tree and they recommended an aesthetically pleasing choice that we had not known to consider that protected the tree and also kept the fence in a straight line without extra posts. Their work was excellent and the fence is beautiful. I would hire them again in a minute and recommend them highly.
