The project was part of a sate of NJ offer (NJ Clean Energy). Heating Specialties had challenges working with the state, and I'm sure the state was busy working with many contractors. Heating Specialties took longer to process than my neighbor who had similar work done. However, the other contractor asked my neighbor to buy, and he did, more features than he was planning. Heating Specialties was clearly above board, and straight honest. Every one I met! They delivered all the equipment and services they offered, and they are properly managing the finances. They had a "quality walk through" after the work was done. The Heating Specialties foreman found more exception than I did, everything and more was reviewed again and again. The guys were there another full day polishing off their work.
Description of Work: replaced Furnace, Air Conditioner and hot water tank. Also performed a house sealing effort where the house was inspected for leaks and filled the holes
