Worry Free Painting Inc

I sent in the deposit on the 07/23/2013 to do the job. It is now 09/23/2013 and still can't get them to do the job. They keep pushing us back, saying they are doing other jobs. I was told a week and a half ago that they were going to call me the following Tuesday and be able to do the job that Wednesday. They didn't call or show up. I called again today and still haven't heard back from them.

I had an appointment with Worry Free Painting; they were coming to my house to give me an estimate to paint the exterior of my house. The morning of the appointment they called me and said that they had to cancel the appointment and would re-schedule it; unfortunately, I had missed the call, but I returned the call about half an hour after they'd left me the message. I left them a message and asked them to call me back so that we could re-schedule and they have never called me back.

I was very impressed with the service this company provided. Especially noteworthy was the response time for call backs. If I could not get through directly to Nick, he ALWAYS called back and did so very quickly. The power wash team was friendly and professional, as was the painting team. All of the members were courteous and careful of my property. Ricky, (the lead guy I think) was a real pleasure to work with. I recommended this company to 2 neighbors already.

Very good experience with company. While it took them a while to get started, due to weather, once they started they arrived everyday until the job was complete. Nick is very professional and fair. Scotty the foreman is great as well. in fact all the guys were friendly and professional. They a terrific job of painting the exterior trim on my two story house at a very good price. I will definitely use them again.

The crew that they had was excellent. But the ones who came after that were not good and the owner did come out for it. It's a mixed review on them. The second crew seemed to be in a hurry to get out of here. The first crew that came in initially to prepare everything was very good. With that, even I had some problems with my patio door with the lock. Apparently they not only edged the bottom glass and I couldn't see it. The one guy he got down on his hands and he told me what it's been He went above and beyond and I was very impressed. The next one came in and I was disappointed. They put everything back supposedly. They did not hang the corners back up. The owner came and he fixed it. I told them I was very disappointed in the way they worked. He said he'd give me a discount, a 10% off for the future service because of this. I have a pre-hanging mirror in my powder room and he put it on my dining room table and that scratched the kitchen room table. The paint is peeling, the molding around the patio door. They took the motion detector down in the living room. The electrician put it back up and it's not wired but they inched my alarm company. They took it one down in the hole and they had just tucked the wallpaper. That has to be repaired. There are things that could have been better.

We hired them to paint our deck. Everything went well and we were pretty happy with the outcome. We had alot of snow and I believe the weather played a part in the paint not lasting too long but I feel that was beyond the service providers control.

His workers are all skilled painters and were friendly. When scheduled for the paint job, they show up on time for the entire job. The Nick, the owner, was easily reachable, professional, and very accommodating our needs. I would recommend this paint contractor seeking for a exterior/interior painting.

The last job went just as well as the previous 2 times we used Worry Free painters. Nick was great to deal with; he kept his word and gave us a very fair price. The painters did a terrific job. They made sure the surfaces were very smooth by taking their time to patch and sand before painting. They were polite and friendly. They did a very professional job and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. We used them 2 more times because of the terrific job they did the first time. All of the different painters were consistently professional. We unconditionally recommend Nick and Worry Free Painters as professional painters. We were very pleased with the results.

I would never use them based on this experience.

.I had waited to write this review until now to see how my homes painted surface would hold up. Now I can report honestly and objectively. Nick Murante who is the principal and owner is a gentleman and a professional. He came to my home when promised, provided me with a fair estimate, detailing how the job would be done, the time to do so and a timetable as when I could expect the job to be done. Everything was done by his courteous and careful employees. There were things I was concerned about but Nick made sure that any concerns were met. His work is something to be proud of and my home looks as good today as when he finished last May. Thanks Nick for a great job and I will be calling you again whenever I have the opportunity to use or recommend you.

No service performed - I cancelled.

Prompt in visiting the home to provide an estimate. Once I decided to use Worry Free we scheduled the job for the following week and job was completed on time.

I called and left about five messages for them to call me back. They never did so I got my money refunded.

I received a quote for the job and set a date for the project to begin. The workers arrived and prepared the rooms to protect the floors and adjacent rooms. They worked diligently and efficiently. First they removed the wallpaper, prepped and primed the ceilings and then prepped and primed the walls.They worked for a few days. It went a day over the estimated time but they did a thorough job and cleaned up after the work was completed.

Worl completed in timely manner; price less than fair.

I paid them a deposit. We went back and forth before they came out to do the job, I did more and more research and ended up not going through with the job. I got the down payment back and did not end up using them.

It took awhile to actually set up the appointment,but that was cause they were so busy from Angie's list deal. Once there, the guy who did the work was very professional and worked hard. We had a small bathroom with very difficult wallpaper to remove. He removed it all and re sealed edges by tile. It was an all day job and we were happy with the end product.

Well, I thought that having my wallpaper in my bathroom by a professional would be a good move. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I paid $199 for up to 8 hours of wallpaper removal. A worker arrived at the specified time, was friendly and courteous, and worked for approx 8 hours removing wallpaper. He worked on every wall, but finished none of the walls completely, so he left me with a big mess. I spoke to the owner Nick about my dissatisfaction and he said that for an additional fee, they could come back and re-work the area, but he never called (as promised) to come over and give me an estimate. So, now I will have to re-wet the walls and remove the rest of the glue and wallpaper they left, repair all the drywall damage they caused and prep the walls for painting. This is exactly the reason I hired them to do the job, so I would not have to! Although Nick sounded like a nice enough person, when I told him how dissatisfied I was, all he could do was complain how he didn't make any money with this deal and how only 2 out of a hundred or so people were satisfied with the quality of the work. He should have told me that before they mangled my walls. I'm still waiting for a call back (4 weeks now).

Fred arrived on time and worked hard to complete the job.

Everything went smoothly without problems. I was very pleased with them. They came on time and stuck to their price. They did a very good job. They were very professional and gave a 5-year warranty on all their work.

Worry Free Painting is aptly named. These painters have a passion for their work and do an excellent job. From our very first meeting with Nick, we felt confident that we had chosen the right company. Nick constantly touched base with us and the foreman Scotty supervised a responsible staff. We are highly pleased with the finished product and recommend Worry Free to anyone seeking old-fashioned values and workmanship. Toni and Bob

First, I apologize, I do not remember the "bosses" name, nor the worker's name. It was difficult reaching the company by phone. I had left a few messages, and then contacted Angies list. The company then called me. We finally talked and agreed on a date. The advertised special was for wallpaper removal, and spackling. When I asked the owner if I needed to purchase the spackle; he immediately said spackling could not be done because it takes too much time to dry. He sent a worker to do the job. He did not stop by first to look at the room. I have a large bedroom. The worker arrived on time, and immediately was on the phone to the boss saying it was too big a job to get done in 8 hours. I had to go to the store to get the wallpaper remover. The worker took a nice 15 min break in the morning; and hour for lunch, and another break in the afternoon. I even bought him a sandwich. Bottom line, he did not finish removing the wallpaper from the bedroom, as he ran out of time.

I called the company and requested a quote. Nick came by the same day and gave me a fair price. His crew was able to paint the wainscot and trim as well as completing another room top to bottom and finished in 1 day. His crew was very nice and easy to work with. I will be using this company again in the future.

Spoke with contractor and scheduled time to come to the house on 9/28 to review the job and get an estimate. Contractor never showed up nor did they call to reschedule. I guess they don't need the work?

Spoke on a Friday. Supposed to call me back on Monday to schedule an estimate. Never called me back. I chose another company.
