They used multiple crews. All of them were extremely nice and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up every day! Great job on painting. I would absolutely hire them again.

The experience was fairly good. The work was well done. We were able to review the scraping and priming before the paint was applied. The shake repair was well done. When I pointed out issues they were addresses. We are pleased with the quality of the work.

They did a beautiful job. He returned our phone calls immediately. Everything was wonderful and they did everything that was asked of them immediately.

Everything went according to schedule. Painting job completed within time as agreed. Always answered phone calls. Completed what was promised. To return in a few weeks to complete the front door--seemed to have a problem with stain.

I've called this company and left 3 messages with the receptionist over a period of a week. Sent emails through the website. No one has called me back. I don't know how they got such high grades from others but this is unacceptable. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

The crew was very professional. They did a good job prepping the walls and the were on time every day and they cleaned up after each section. I couldn't be more satisfied.

The painters were professional and polite. The work was excellent. The owner of the company was easily reached by cell phone when the workers had any questions. Most of the workers spoke excellent English, and there was never someone working alone in the house who didn't. If I have any complaints, it is a very minor one. I called Worry Free about a month before the holidays in the fall. They thought they could get in before Thanksgiving, but that was apparently not possible. However, they came soon thereafter. Once they started working, there were no delays. I didn't prod them because, in truth, there was no necessity for them to be here before Thanksgiving. Subsequently, when I did have an urgent need to get a ceiling repaired in a bedroom, they accommodated me immediately. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their work and would certainly recommend them to my friends.

We are very pleased with the work that was done by Rossi and his crew. The cedar shingles on our home were in various stages of 'weathering' and Rossi's crew did a great job in making sure the prep work was done properly. We are very happy with the stain and paint work that was performed and would highly recommend WFP to anyone looking for a painting contractor. The crew was thorough, professional and a real pleasure to work with.

Overall, it went well. He was punctual and his rates were reasonable. Three guys came out to work on our house for an entire day. We will have them back to do some work when the weather gets better. They were also great with follow-up.

I left at least 2 messages for this company an no one ever returned my call. I guess they don't need my business. I'll call someone who actually responds.

Owner promptly contacted me after initial contact and came to provide estimate within a few days. We decided to accept the contract, and he said we didn't need to send in the deposit, and work would start in 2 weeks. Well, 4 weeks passed and we hadn't heard from him so I gave him a call. He said he could start some time the next week. I reminded him that he said he'd start 2 weeks ago and he replied the work would start Monday morning. He said he'd telephone me before the start date to discuss paint colors and arrival time, but he did not. Monday morning the workman arrived and started the job. In all it took him 2 days. He is a polite, neat, and talented painter. He did, however, forget to remove some masking tape and other minor clean-up. We are very pleased with how the rooms look.

He is a really good guy. He does good work He is very fair. No complaints whatsoever. He is meticulous. he is careful. We would use him again.

Our house looks great. They committed to a pretty tight schedule and had the painting and cement work done on time; the day before our daughter's first birthday party. The final price was exactly as estimated. The owner responded to our concerns personally and the crews did what he said they would. The biggest hiccup was when the powerwashers washed our patio which was not part of the job, probably thinking it was a nice favor, but ended up washing out a lot of loose cement and moss which left big gaps between the stones. It was concerning, but the owner had a worker with masonry experience repoint the entire affected area free of charge; I just bought the cement. He did a very professional job and now the whole area looks better than before. The owner, Rossie, took an interest in delivering a quality job on time and I would definitely use them again.

Within days of my call, Rossi came over to inspect the house and gave me an estimate on the spot. As this has been an extremely rainy summer, the work began a little later than proposed. No biggie. The crew was punctual, polite, and accommodating. They were professional and did a beautiful job of prepping and painting. Our house looks awesome! Rossi returned after the job was done to inspect and check to see if we were satisfied with the work. He is a true hands on professional with a crew to match.

Rossi came over to give an estimate within 2 days of contact. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain around our scheduled date, but when the weather cleared the crew was on the job immediately (power washing, prep/prime, repair, and painting.) The crew was professional and courteous and addressed any issue that we had when we asked. They also were clean and neat: every day after work they stowed their equipment and cleaned up the premesis.

I am pleased with their work. My only concern was that the proprietor seemed to have slurred through the facts. He did keep his word and they came when they were supposed to and got it done when they said they would. The skill level of the work was okay. He stuck with the estimate that he gave and we are satisfied overall.

They did a fine job. I have not found anything wrong with the work that they did for me. They worked in a timely manner and the crew was professional. I don t have anything bad to say about them. Everything was what I thought it should have been. The job looks nice and they worked really hard. They started when they were supposed to and finished the job on time.

They did everything they said they were going to do. Their estimate was their final price. No extras like giving you a $3000 price and charging you $5000.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. Workers were prompt, polite and considerate. Rosario Palmieri was in total control of the project and was very responsive to our requests. He promised to return to fix any problems upon our inspection of the job. In addition, the price was half as much as the other 2 estimates we received.

High quality painters with attention to detail. Hard working men. Neat and clean workmanship.

I WOULD TELL OTHERS TO NEVER USE THEM. WHEN I CALLED AND COMPLAINED, HE HAD HIS WIFE ANSWER THE PHONE, AND WHEN HE FINALLY TALKED TO ME, HE SCREAMED AND YELLED AT ME. HE DIDN'T EVEN PAINT ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSE. YOU CAN'T IMAGINE HOW AWFUL IT LOOKED.

THIS COMPANY WAS POLITE, THEY CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM. WE WERE VERY PLEASED. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. OUR NEIGHBOR COMPARED THE PRICE WITH OTHER COMPANIES AND THIS COMPANY WAS A LOT LOWER IN PRICE.
