Everything turned out amazing and the quality was good for the price. We get complemented on our kitchen all the time. Some of the pieces were cracked on arrival, but they were replaced right away. Also, some cabinets weren't exactly what we order, but it wasn't such a big deal, such as the sink pop out drawer was missing, and the orientation of the corner cabinet door was incorrect, but they gave us other things or a discount to compensate. They were really great to work with and every responsive. I was definitely used them again in future kitchen or built in cabinetry.

Arrived on time for appointment had to wait for designer. Felt rushed, no follow-up call got an email many weeks later.

It came out well. There were a few issues with the cabinets but they were able to resolve them. They were very responsive with everything. They got back to us in a pretty timely manner. Everything worked out pretty well. They were pretty good. Some of the pieces came a little damaged and it was rushed. They were very responsive and they replaced the parts that were damaged and gave us a refund for the parts that were not needed. They did their best. We would absolutely use them again.

It went okay but the installation prices were exorbitantly high.

We picked them up and had them installed. Barry Butter was very pleasant to work with.

used the provder to get a quote on one of the lines of cabinetry they offered. The service was very professional, prompt and I even got a phone call and followup email to alert me of the progress and status of my requested quote.All I did was send them the dimensions of my kitchen and they took care of the rest. Turn around time was very fast. No sales pitch and complete objectivity which I found very refreshing. Would use them again most certainly.

I did a lot of research and visited many companies before purchasing my cabinets from WCF. My cabinets were ready two weeks early. I was soooo happy they were early and not late. We ordered the Ice White Shaker Cabinets. Wonderful, wonderful quality. Super strong. Dovetail, soft closing draws. Very nice finish. Maria, our designer was helpful and professional. We have no complaints. 5 Stars

I made an appointment to come in to discuss kitchen cabinets. I was shown the available cabinets, provided with a layout and a price. I did not end up using them, price was high. Did not receive any follow ups to my visit. I would use them again to provide a price but think they will be higher than I could find elsewhere.

At the end, our kitchen came out terrific, we now have an increased sitting area thanks to the Designer's suggestion of opening up an existing wall. The installers that came to do the kitchen were great as well as the granite people. Overall the entire process took about 8 weeks but mostly because we had some many questions and so many options to select. Overall great value and service.

The overall kitchen remodel turned out beautiful. The installers of the wood flooring were very professional, and explained that the 5and quot; planks required both gluing and nailing to prevent future buckling. We had purchased the wood flooring from another vendor - trusted the overall kitchen remodel to the Installer from Wood Cabinet Factory - so that each part of the remodel would go in sequence. Once the floor was in place, from the foyer back through the entire kitchen (that had been gutted) and then back through the hall leading to the laundry room, the entire floor was covered in and quot;brown paperand quot; to protect it . The cabinets and what seemed to be millions of pieces were delivered (fillers, crowns, end pieces, etc.). Installation of the cabintry went smoothly. Most impressive was the amazing carpentry skills applied. We had 4and quot; molding added to the top, it was perfectly cut, perfectly aligned (which we knew the house / walls/ ceiling weren't) when they started. Also we bought new 6and quot; colonial baseboard, that the amazing carpentry really showed, not just plain mitered corners - but truly block mitered colonial corners - and we didn't even have to say anything. Amazing carpentry! The entire process was great. I worked with Maria Perez in the design phase and ordering. It truly was the kitchen of my dreams, but sadly we had to relocate, and sold the house just 12 months later. I wish Wood Cabinet Factory would come to Tampa!!! Overall the project was fabulous. I rave about Wood Cabinet Factory! The cabinets are absolutely wonderful quality. Probably better quality than other famous maker cabinets. We had done months of research into cabinets and for the project overall. I found Wood Factory Cabinets and could not believe the prices. We had a lot of cabinets to replace in our kitchen, including 2 large pantrys and were installing a 70 inch island and a desk area. The cabinets are phenomenal and top notch. They are full wood, soft close drawers. We chose to use them for our granite. We had almost 700 square feet of granite at $3500. That price is unheard of. I priced it elsewhere and it would have been more than double. We also used them for installation. The installers were remarkable. We put in a new floor. We purchased Brazilian Cherry hardwood and they installed that as well as colonial, decorative trim. The installation was amazing and finished off perfectly at the ends. It is absolutely gorgeous. We also purchased tile and back splash through them. They were very willing to work with us on that and the design of it came out beautifully. Originally we were not going to put tile by the desk area. Through their advice we did and they were right. They worked with us with no problems. They did not add any extra charges. Part of the project included a lot of electrical work since we had no GFI outlets. They rewired everything and did a great job. They were willing to do the complete job to make it all work. I paid $28000 for what should have been a $60000 project.

Overall was a very frustrating experience dealing with this inefficient and unprofessional company. My wife and I found them on the internet and their prices seemed pretty good so we went to their showroom and found a cabinet style we liked. We went with measurements from my father-in-law (our contractor for the project.) Maria, the salesperson, told us 2 weeks for the ones we liked, because they are in stock, so with the price and the short wait time, we decided to order. We also liked a style of granite they had and ordered it. A couple weeks go by and we don't hear anything so I call Maria, leave a message, she calls me back a couple days later and leaves me a message that the cabinets are on backorder and it's going to be another week or so. She explained to us when we ordered that they are in stock which is why they can get them to us so quickly. Well, now we knew this wasn't the case. We checked in a week or 2 later and were told by Maria that she does not deal with us anymore, that it is now the customer service department. Oh boy! 8 weeks after we ordered the cabinets, we got a call saying they were ready to be delivered. The delivery guys were good and no complaints there. They explained that the glass for the two glass cabinet doors we ordered was not ready. Ok, so we talk to Chuck, one of their customer service reps, he says they will order it and and have it delivered to us, apparently because Maria forgot to order it. The glass came 6 weeks later or so, and it didn't even fit our cabinets, I took it to the glass guy in town. My father-in-law installed the cabinets and became very frustrated that some of the pieces we got were different than what we ordered. We were told the cabinet doors were reversible, but they were not because when we tried to switch them, they ended up higher or lower on the face of the cabinet, which would look awful. So we had to drill new holes on the insides of the cabinets. Holes that we see every time we open some of the doors. The granite was delivered from the granite company they subcontract, they installed it and then they guy gave me a bill saying we had to pay the remainder of the balance for the granite. This seemed fine but I called Chuck to make sure this was correct, I gave him my credit card info to pay the rest. It was out of my mind after I didn't see a big charge on my card when I paid the balance I had so it was quite a surprise when 8 weeks later, my wife gets a phone call from Taisha saying we will need to pay the remaining balance immediately. She also told her that she had called me a couple of times but "heard a woman's voice and was hung up on" I never received any calls from her and if she really did call me, she should leave a message. I told her to email me the bill and I'd take care of it. But, we had a dispute over the granite that we ordered. We were required to order a minimum amount, which ended up being more than we needed for our kitchen, but my father-in-law was going to take the rest of the granite we paid for and make a vanity for it himself. This was all discussed with Maria when we ordered but now Taisha was adding an extra charge to the bill. Mind you, she emailed me a new bill reflecting this new charge immediately after emailing me the original bill with the remaining balance. This was after about 2 months of not even hearing from them. Terrible communication with us, the granite company they subcontract and within their company. After a few frustrating phone calls, it was ironed out and my father-in-law paid what he apparently now owed, because they cut a whole in the sink that the granite company cut, even though Wood Cabinet Factory originally said there wouldn't be a cost. If you are still reading this, you probably need a nap. Their whole operation is laughable. Bullet points: Salesperson Maria lied to us in saying the cabinets would be ready in 2 weeks ("because they are in stock"), it took over 2 months Maria does not know the product well enough to sell it Customer service rep Taisha had a bad attitude, was confrontational and lacked any sense of empathy. (When a customer is obviously frustrated/unhappy, a simple sorry goes a long way) Customer service rep Chuck took my credit card info but didn't respect Both of these reps don't seem to communicate with each other. Furthermore, for such a small company, there is a serious disconnect between sales and customer service. Why there must be different departments? I really don't know. My wife and I are relaxed, reasonable and understanding people. We have both worked in the service industries and know that it can be tough but we are very far from being described as "difficult people." Our experience with Wood Cabinet Factory deserves the F we are giving it as we would not recommend anyone to work with them for a project. Go with someone else.
