NJ Cabinet Outlet

I repeatedly contacted the company by phone and by email to obtain quotes for cabinets that I was interested in. (When I say repeatedly, sometimes it was 4 or 5 times a day, for almost 8 weeks!). NOBODY returned my calls, or responded to my emails. I happened to be in the area one day so I stopped into their showroom (which was very difficult to find and a bit of a mess) to see if I could get a quote face to face with someone. The one man there was busy helping someone else (I did not have an appointment) and took down my information and what cabinets and sizes I needed with the assurance he would send me an email with the quote. I did not need a kitchen design or assistance with layout, just prices for a few pieces of which I already knew the dimensions. Once I had a name of an employee, I kept calling to speak to him directly and never received return calls. I finally did receive an email 6 weeks later, but the sizes were not what I had asked for and I sent a reply email asking for corrections. It has been over two weeks later, and I still have not received a corrected quote. I would NEVER use this company!! If they have such terrible customer service as to disregard a potential customer's business, I can't even imagine how the transaction/order/delivery/install portion of things would go!

It was not a positive experience, I am thrilled with my kitchen but I would never recommend using NJ Cabinet Outlet as a source.
