Great company. Will use them again

They came on time, did their work and left an invoice with me. I like this, because they don't try to sell me all kinds of things.

Service provided as advertised. Arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning my gutters and then cleaning debris resulting from the operation. Pleasant, professional, and speedy. Only complaint was it took over 3 weeks for them to get to my appointment. I guess that shows how popular this "deal" was!

It went fine. You must call them to schedule if you buy through Angie's List. They won't call you to schedule.

I was really impressed with how quickly the guys got the job done. They were friendly but not imposing. That was nice. They made me feel very comfortable. I also really liked the fact that they went the extra mile to blow all the leaves on my grass back into my natural areas after blowing out the gutters. Not all of those leaves came from the gutters, so I thought this was a nice "above and beyond" touch. I only have two small complaints: 1. I was emailed saying what day my gutters would be cleaned and that I'd be called the day before with an approximate time. I never got the phone call. It turned out to be ok because I didn't need to be at home while they were here, but I was just surprised that they didn't call when they said they would. 2. Since I was told to ensure I left my outside water source "on," I expected that the service would go beyond blowing out the gutters with a leaf blower. I thought they'd wash/rinse them with the water hose too. The outside of the gutters still looks dirty in places because they weren't washed off. Maybe I just didn't read the description of the service well enough. But, the main thing was to get the insides clean so that the gutters will drain properly. I believe that was done. The guys were at my house less than 1/2 hour to complete the work. I think the charge was a bit high for the amount of time they took to get the job completed. If it had been about half the price, I would have rated the overall experience an "A."

sent an email confirming the appointment with instructions about what to expect and how i should prepare. They were very punctual and efficient. They cleaned all the gutters and also cleaned up after themselves.

Showed up on time - cleaned gutters and washed and blew the debris away. Only reason for the for the B was it took a long time to schedule the appt. But it was a bargain so really can complain.

Great job. Second time I've used them. Very happy with their gutter cleaning work and cleanup, and they have great attitudes as well. Rough job in the cold weather...not sure I would be as pleasant as these guys always are. As soon as they make another deal like this available, I'll have them come out again for my fall cleaning.

Went well. They asked if I wanted to fix gutters that had pulled a little away from house.

After purchasing the big deal, I was contacted within a day or two from the company. They emailed me a list of dos and don'ts and what to expect. Approximately a day after that I was emailed with the date the service would be performed, which was approximately 3 weeks out. The workers showed up promptly when they were scheduled to do the work. They were done in approximately 15 minutes. One of them came to my door to let me know they were done and to sign the paperwork. At that time he indicated a few pieces of my gutter was pulled away from the house and there was a branch hanging over another piece of the gutter/roof. He indicated they could fix it for an additional cost. I agreed to the additional cost, as I knew it needed to be done. I gave the okay for them to do the additional work, and they did it immediately.

It went great. They were polite, efficient and clean. They made sure that I reviewed their work, checked out the perimeter of the house and yard, and left with a smile :) I was very pleased.

Went well. Originally they scheduled the visit based on my address on Angies List without confirming. I had recently moved so this address was incorrect. We were able to work this out, but a heads up that this assumption will be made. The gutter cleaning was completed per a big deal coupon. The guys who showed up took a look at the branches over hanging the house and came up with a number, which seemed a bit random, but my house is 3 stories and I needed it trimmed.

It was great! The appointment was made and they showed up when they said they would. They even left me an inspection report of things that they noticed on the roof that may need fixed. Everything went the that I expected it would. This was my first big deal experience, so i was very pleased with the outcome.

I was not home when they performed the service, thus had little interaction, but they were very polite and professional on the phone. Left a receipt in my mail box, so I know they were there and even though I forgot to move my patio furniture, they did not get any muck on it. I don't have an ability to get up and look inside my gutters to see how well they were cleaned out, so I trust it was done well. This is the second time I've used this service, and don't have any complaints at this time.

Arrived as scheduled. The way windows are counted should be explained in the Big Deal, so we ended up going over what we expected to pay. But they did a good job and windows were clean.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out good. The experience was good, except that they billed me. I had bought the big deal, and then they billed me for the service, which was later sorted out. Everything else was good and I didn't have any problems.

It went well. However, they were unable to clean one section with solid gutter cover.
