Ned's Power Washing

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. They had excellent phone skills, were very organized, called when they said they woulld, and showed up right on time. The job was done very well.

Have used them several times for gutter cleaning with good results. Price is okay. They call to schedule cleaning, however, I don't find this helpful, since when they call, the leaves or seeds from the trees have not fallen yet, and the gutters are not filled with anything much. I always wait until the leaves or seeds have stopped falling before having the gutters cleaned. If I went by their schedule, I would be having it done twice as much. Another downside is pricing on repairs/ installation. I recently called them to give a quote for installing a gutter on 3 sides of a gazebo. Their price was $450. for 3 - 12 foot sections. Pricing the gutters at Home Depot - I found the sections to be about $10. each. Add to this, downspouts, connectors, etc. and I think the price for this small job was very high. Overall, I find them to be good for gutter cleaning. They do a good job, and as a large franchise, you do have some protection and a place to turn to if there is a problem Okay, even is they do use better quality materials than home depot.... at $450, lets say half is labor. Then materials for 3 sections is $225. - so that compares each sections - $10. per section Home Depot vs $70+ per section from Ned Stevens..... I don't see their materials being 7 x better

They showed up on time, they still call to schedule regular cleanings, but I don't use them anymore. I find it very quick and easy to clean the gutters myself. Do get a written estimate and be specific as to what you want them to do. I recommend being home in case you have questions or need recommendations prior to them leaving your home. Otherwise, you will have to rely on their notes and you will speak w/an operator who was not at the job site.

Took a while for them to be able to come, but they did a good job when they came. They did not leave any notice that they had been there.

He is very reliable and reasonably priced. We have used them several times. He always comes on time. I will definitely use them again.

They were here when they said, cleaned the gutters and left a bill and optional repair list in my mailbox. I received a call a few days later asking if we would like to go ahead with the repairs. At my request, they sent an estimate in the mail. The price for repairs seemed a little on the high side, so we are holding off with that. They were great all in all, but I only wished they had shown me where and why the repairs were needed in person. I was home and no one came to the door to show me the problems they spotted.

The gutter cleaning went very smoothly, will book online again when it's needed.

The foreman, Raul, was professional and discussed my issue with this boss.

She told me that someone would be out within 5 days and that they would leave the payment slip in the mailbox. By April 6th, nobody had showed up so I canceled.

I requested an appointment through the Ned Stevens web site, and was personally contacted the same day. An approximate appointment was set for the following week. I requested to be notified the day before the service was to occur - and I was. The workers were diligent, courteous, and incredibly neat. They get extra points in my book for working on a very cold day with water - and still managing to do an excellent job. The crew also cited some repairs in writing (which we were aware of), and we do plan to have them return in the spring to do the repair work. Their final charge matched the quote we obtained from the website on our first solicitation - which we deem fair and reasonable. We feel strongly that another "A" is warranted.

They were very responsive and professional on the phone setting up the appointment. The guys who arrived were professional and quick. They cleaned the gutters using my water and cleaned up after themselves.

From beginning to end, I was very pleased with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning. The office staff who answered my initial call was polite and professional. They called me the night before they came. That morning they called me again to let me know the techs would be later than they originally scheduled. The technicians all wore company-logo shirts and were courteous. They did a very good job and cleaned up after.

They came, did their job and left. I didn't even see them. I'll know better when it rains.

I called them on a Friday and they came the following week. They called the house the night before they came. I stayed home to meet them because this was my first appointment. They are unable to give you an arrival time but that would normally would not be a problem because you don't have to be home. We had a storm the following day and the gutters worked way better than in previous storms.

I just closed on this house. It had been vacant since last November. The gutters were so full of dirt and debris that plants were starting to grow in them. One side of the front gutter was falling down, as was the gutter on the one side of my garage. The cleaners (two guys) showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The gutters were cleaned and re-nailed, and all the stuff they scooped out was picked up. They were going to leave a bill in my mailbox, but I paid them on the spot. They noted one part that needed replacing on the garage gutter, and told me someone would be calling me to see about having the repair done. The whole job took about 40 minutes or so. I also authorized them to come back for regular cleanings, with the next one scheduled for sometime in November. Overall, I was pleased with the job.

They are efficient, clean up after themselves and have a very pleasant office staff. They were/are great to deal with.

Them came out and did an estimate on the wrong house, they went to my neighbors instead! Whoever they sent was confused and if that reflects the quality of their work, then that is bad. If they can't do something simple like an estimate, how can I trust them to do the work right.

They clean up any of the debris that might fall over from their work. I would recommend this company to others, they do a good job. I will continue to use them for future gutter cleaning.

Estimate was given over phone. After several days they called to say they would be in my neighborhood. The next day and I agreed for them to come and do the job. They arrived as agreed and did a very professional job. They used ladders to get on the roof and cleaned by hand and with a hose using water to flush. They cleaned up nicely, were courteous and thorough. They left after giving me a detailed invoice and the cost was exactly what they estimated for our 2 story colonial home.

I share my childhood home with my eighty-year-old Mom and I'm no young thing, so the idea of either of us climbing on the roof to clean gutters was beyond daunting. We just watched them overflow with the mess. A few days ago as we watched the local travel and weather channel, the ad for Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning services appeared. Wow! I went straight to their website www.nedstevens.com, liked the clarity and depth of the info, and then checked Angie's List. Despite the sour grapes of the few crabby customers who expect service companies to walk on water, we appreciated what we learned. We sent an e-mail that night. They called us at eight in the morning -- a shock for two retired old ladies who sleep in! (NOTE: the e-mail address on the website is for the New Jersey Ned Stevens location, not LI. The NJ rep gave us the correct LI contact info. The listing from Angie's List is the one to call.)

He did a wonderful job. He was Johnny on the spot..I have used them in the past and they did a wonderful job again.

The whole thing takes only about 25 minutes and for that they charge too much. They do the job though and you have to pay the price either way to anyone. There is not a great skill involved, but I am pleased with the service. They are good.

I would have to say that Ned did a very god job. He did an excellent job. He showed up on time and everything. Everything had definitely gone perfect. I have no reason to complain. However, I do not remember a charge, but I feel it was pretty fair and reasonable.

This company is really great. We were glad to have found them. They were punctual, they did a very thorough job and if we need to, we know we can depend on them in the future. We were very pleased overall.

They did a great job on the fascia and re-hung the gutter perfectly. When I called them to do the work they told me it would be Saturday or Monday before they could get to it. On Saturday when I came home, the job was done and the bill was in my mail box. What a nice surprise! I am very happy with them.
