Responded promptly to my email. Service was performed efficiently. They cleaned up everything. I was very pleased with the service . I would definitely use them again.

I had used Ned Stevens service for many years and it had always been good. In the last few tears the service has gone downhill.. In 2010 and 2011 I had to call the office and request that the men return because they did not wash down the outside of the gutters leaving a black film which looked terrible. Both times I had to argue with a manager to get them to return. The service seemed to change when they start telephone canvassing and advertising. I guess they got too big. Their price for doing repairs is very high. I was missing a drain guard on a downspout. They wanted to charge $45 to put in a new one. I went to Home depot and bought one for $4 and installed it myself. Last year they did not show up at all and I retained another company.high

I have been using Ned Stevens for over a year now. They come several times a year to clean my gutters. I just make a quick phone call and they usually respond in several days to a week later. Work in usually completed while I'm not home and bill is left in my mailbox. Work is done to satisfaction and I have had no problems with them. People I have spoken to over the phone at company are polite and professional.

Very impressed with their crew. They worked as a team and the job came out great. Very pleased.

2nd year I used Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning they were very Professional. I had to wait 4 extra week due to hurricane sandy. with that said they did a excellent cleaning. I will use them again next year.

We had used them in the past for gutter cleaning. They are quick and efficient to get the job done.

I was told the crew would be in my neighborhood the first week of December.....they showed up on the 14th. After pulling the leaves out of the gutter, the crew left. They did not flush the gutter as they so proudly do on the commercial. After calling the office, I was told the crew was on another job and she would TRY to get them back today, if not, they would come back on a later date to flush the gutter. After inspecting the gutter and seeing the gunk left behind, I was appauled that they would leave before finishing the job. I went to my mailbox to get my mail and found the bill for service. They didn't flush the gutter, but they remembered to leave the bill. I called the office again to tell them not to bother coming back as I didn't wish to continue using their service. At that point, Seth Goldberg, part owner of the company, got on the phone. Although, he tried to remedy the situation, he wouldn't allow me the opportunity to fully express myself....then he started yelling and hung up on me. In my opinion, this company puts Quantity of jobs before Quality of service.

They were a bit on the pricey side, but I called them to clean my gutters for Hurricane Sandy and even though they were swamped with calls they showed up the next day and they were quick and efficient. Great company to work with!

I could only get a time frame of one week for the appointment to clean the gutters. On Friday I called to ask if they intended to come that day since I had waited since Monday for the work to be done. I was offered a different week which was unacceptable and I cancelled the cleaning.

Did a great job. Cleaned everything up after. Would use again.

They were very responsive and did a great job of cleaning all the gutters. They pointed out future gutter repair that may need to be done.

It was not a good experience. They did a good job but it was very expensive. Also, the scheduling was hard. As the job goes they did a good job. As far as their customer service they have a lot to be desired. They were very neat and clean. They took the debris with them and they were fast. I'm not upset with the job. I just wasn't pleased with their customer service. It's not the customer services person's problem - It's the way they set up their process. The coupons didn't apply. It was just not a great experience on that front.

Telephoned for gutter cleaning estimate. The person took information about the house promptly and professionally, immediately gave an estimate. She explained the service provided and the time frame in which the workman would come to complete the job. Very thorough explanation of what to expect. The work was completed within 3 days of first call. Minor repair was recommended at what I considered a very fair price. The price of the cleaning itself was a little high, but the work was done quickly and neatly. Will use them again.

Satisfied with the services provided. Even received a phone call after services have been rendered for my feedback and to address any concerns I may have.

Our experience with them was great. Their price was reasonable. The workers were professional. They were super fast in getting the gutter cleaning done. They got it done and gave me the receipt. It was easy to make the payment. I called up and I was able to give them my credit card. The price was in the range of $150 to $300. I have recommended them and my friends have used them as well. They are all over the island for gutter cleaning. So, the convenience is good. Their prices are good and they are a great company.

When they arrived my husband met them and pointed out what had to be cleaned. They were very quick. They never stopped moving - they quickly and efficiently cleaned the gutters. They were actually done in 25 mins. Everything was clean. No evidence on the ground that they were ever here. They were great!!

He has done excellent work and has always sent competent people here. We've had him here probably about 6 times. It was a very reasonable price. All-in-all, we are very satisfied with him. He actually just called up to make sure that we didn't need any work; he is very good that way too. We heard about him through one of those lists of services that you get in the mail. We called just to make sure and that's how we started, and he was good. He did what he said and we had a little problem with one of the gutters sloping, and he gave us a decent price on that too; $110 to have that fixed. I thought it was very fair because a lot of them were up prices on those things. He even gives a discount for retired people. He was excellent and he still is. We were very happy with him. He came back March when the weather was better and they did the work immediately.

They were fine. I had no problems with them. They did a good job. We weren't even here when they did the work. They came, did it, and left the bill. It wasn't a complicated process. My wife said they were very clean. They didn't throw anything on the ground. They were very professional.

I called to request that our gutters be cleaned and checked. They told me that it would be about 3 to 4 weeks because they don't do anything when the temp is under 34 deg. and they dont' make exact appointments. They also said to leave the faucet on the side of the house on (we had it closed for the winter so it wouldn't freeze). So the whole time we were waiting I was afraid that the pipe would freeze and there would be more problems. They finally came about 6 weeks later and apparently just cleaned part of the gutter and didn't say anything about any repairs that need to be made. I called them and told them that the gutters were not cleaned properly and they sent someone back 3 weeks later who wote on the bill that the gutters are wood are in "bad condition". We basically paid $100 for a gutter cleaning that could have been done better for $50.

Just made a call to them and they treated me like I was an idiot. And they kept repeating the same response over and over, regardless of the question I was asking. They were not even willing to have someone take a look. I can explain what I think the problem is, but I certainly am not an expert. Services needed to be decided upon while on the phone and paid in full as well. Interestingly enough, the only thing they could do was take my gutter off, and then when the weather became conducive to replacing the gutter, I would receive $100 dollars off the installation. How convenient for them.

They arrived within the 10 day time frame I was given. The work was finished in a short period of time. The workers were friendly and polite. A good job was done as the next day we had torrential rain and for the first time in a long time the drain spouts did nt leak. The only problem I had was that they left the gate open and my dog got out.

We spent about $200 on that work. Our experience with them was very good. They were very punctual and did the work very cleanly and professionally.

Ned Stevens is very professional and I like their follow up. I submitted a request online to get my gutters done, forgetting that I had signed off on a regular cleaning to happen in June. They called me a few times to reach me to confirm that I wanted to change my cleaning date to an earlier one. I appreciate that type of follow through. Its a simple thing, but important since so many other companies seems to drop the ball on simple things like that. The gutters were cleaned well and its consistent. One less thing for me to worry about with my busy schedule and thats why I continue to hire them.
