Description of Work: Had used this company for years but finally had enough of their workmen trampling my flower beds, leaving hoses lying on the ground and the like. They were, however, always on time and I appreciated the option of automatic scheduling.

Description of Work: Arrived on the scheduled date. Despite bitterly cold weather, they cleaned and flushed the gutters.

Description of Work: I called to have my gutters cleaned before Winter set in for good. The work was done on the agreed day, professionally and efficiently.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my downspouts. I had a full repair 3 years before. This wonderful company came back three years later and corrected the problem!

Description of Work: I used this company many times in the past for multiple properties. This time the back office was rude, unprofessional and would not schedule both properties on the same day despite the lenght of time provided. When asked to speake with management, they hung up. WHen I called back some female said she was the owner (whihc I know is not true) and refused to let me speak with him. The company needs to revaluate their customer service policy since they lost my two accounts because of the lack of it.

Description of Work: Paid them to clean our gutters and it looked like they were never done. A Plant was growing out of the front gutter still! They called to follow up and sell us new gutters and when I complained they said they would send someone over that week - no one showed or called. Even though I have complained to them they still keep calling to schedule our next cleaning. No matter what I say they still keep calling. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Called to have gutter repaired due to some ice damage. Was quoted $195 on the phone. Nobody came to see what the work entailed. Just $195. This amounts to approximately 2 feet of gutter on the first floor.

Description of Work: I needed someone to powerwash part of my roof under a tree as my husband wasn't feeling well. I didn't want him on the roof. Called Ned Stevens. He googled my roof and called back with an estimate! Very reasonable. They use bleach to clean so I covered my foundation shrubs with plastic. Al and 2 of his men came at 9AM. They brought their own hoses & equipment. Worked on my roof for nearly 4 hours. The mold and moss and little plants? were very difficult to remove. They used low pressure so as not to damage the shingles. I checked in my attic to make sure no leaks were starting. none. the 2 workers did most of the work but Al came back to check on them. He ended up cleaning with them for about an hour. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. MY HUSBAND WAS IMPRESSED (he doesn't impress easily) the roof looks new. Al also gave me a status report on the condition of the roof! I wouldn"t hesitate to call them again. They did excellent work on a difficult job.
