Quality Control is crucial in this business, but it is also expensive, as is insurance. But you want both quality and protection of your home, and we will always give you the best of both.

Description of Work: Two people showed up in a truck to clean my gutters. I was taking my dog for a walk. When I came back there was water everywhere. There were 2 guys running around my roof pouring water into my gutters. At one point the water poured into my grandson's window and the water migrated down into my kitchen ceiing staining it. I shut off the water and told them to leave immediately. I called the company to complain and got a flip response. Unbelievable. I have never seen anything like it. When they left I noticed that the gutter downspout was all crooked and not on tight. The company said all there employees run around the roof with a hose to clean the gutters.......Are you kidding Me? What a joke.....

We are sorry that you are upset. Our service requires the use of water to clean out the gutters. We can’t always control where that water travels and unfortunately, sometimes it finds an open space. Certainly, we did not want to get water in your home. We are very sorry for that. If we caused damage inside your home, please send us pictures and we will address any problem we caused, immediately. As for the leader that needs to be re-secured, that was a result of being told to leave the property before the job was complete. We are happy to come back immediately to address that issue. Had we been able to complete the job, the leader would have been secure.
