I got to meet one of the owners Todd, and he was great at explaining everything carefully and ensuring that the bugs at our house were all exterminated. I am only giving 4.5 stars for now because the job is not finished, but he really cares about the treatment and gave us a 90 day plan to make sure that we would no longer have a cockroach infestation. We also have a small puppy, so he made sure to explain to us that the stuff he used was safe. Overall, I really had a great experience with Gotham Pest Control!

Had ants, called them and spent $325 for a 3 month service contract. They came and placed 3 baited ant traps. Ants never touched them, I had already had Terra baited traps out but they insisted theirs would do the job. Their contract stated they would follow up between 10 and 14 days; after their initial visit the ant infestation multiplied so I contacted them on the 10th day only to be told by the owner that “most of their customers liked to wait between 10 and 14 days”. They didn’t want to help and I never heard from them again. Ants are gone thanks to Terra. Gotham Pest? Total waste of money.
