I had a snow blower that did not work at all and with a storm coming I was a a great loss, so I called them, they said that they would do the best they can for me,well they did a great job, Thanks Again guys, will see you in the spring

These people take service to a new level - way above and beyond. Our 12 year old snowblower stopped working during winter storm NEMO. Of course it is not possible to buy a snowblower anywhere at this point. So I went into Fairfield Power Equipment where we bought our machine 12 years ago. Brian said they had a repair queue of over 40 machines and a week or 10 days but he would pick up our machine and see what he could do. At that point there was not a major storm predicted so I thought we would be okay. They arrived to pick up as scheduled. Then along came PAX with predicted snowfall of over a foot - virtually impossible to shovel by hand - especially for 2 seniors like us. So I went back in to Fairfield Power Equipment - feeling very quilty since I am sure there were a lot of people in our situation. Brian couldn't have been nicer - said our machine was next on the repair bench and when I asked if they could get it delivered to us that day (storm was predicted that night) he said "guaranteed". At 10:00 PM we had given up hope when up pulled the truck with our snowblower. They had obviously kept their crew working until they finished all the deliveries for folks who were stuck. We couldn't have been more grateful and impressed. Snowblower works fine - needed a new carburator. I will definitely buy our new lawnmower from them this spring and a new snowblower in the fall.
