Description of Work: They repaired my dryer. The unit wouldn't rotate because one of the fittings had sheered in half and the belt wasn't moving the inner compartment. They arrived on-time, had the materials on-hand and repaired the dryer in 1 appointment at the price quoted over the phone, plus the additional cost of the one fitting. I was satisfied and will use them again if I need service to my appliances.

Description of Work: Had to use this company because of an extended warranty that was bought for a refrigerator and this company is contracted. My refrigerated overheated to 85 degrees Called on Tuesday. and I finally got an appointment for Thursday. They could not give me a definite time but promised to call on Wednesday with a three hour window time frame. They called on Wednesday and left a message about the appointment time. On hearing the message I called and no one answered the phone. I left two voice voice messages cancelling the appointment due to a dr's.appointment at the same time and told them to reschedule me for Friday. A technician showed up anyway on Thursday. It seems no one picks up voice mail. On returning home I found a message from them telling me about the technician 's visit and to reschedule. On calling them I was rudely told no none was available until Monday. Thank goodness I have another small fridge to use in this emergency. I will post when someone shows up on Monday and tell about my experience. So far I am not very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: He made some sort of rattling noise go away on the refrigerator. He made it go away rather easily.

Description of Work: Our dishwasher was past the basic warranty and turned out to need pumping out and cleaning of calcium deposits. We were advised in advance that the service call alone was $95. We only paid that plus the additional labor. However, the service professional answered all of our questions and also gave good advice about avoiding future problems. He did not waste any time. This company also did warranty work on my refrigerator and wall oven in the past, and I knew from that that they were both knowledgeable and professional. They also come out in only one or two days, so they are very responsive. I wish that they cost less, but quick, reliable service is worth something.
