BUZZELLI R ELECTRICAL CONTRACT

Everything went well. Absolutely no complaints. All of the men that work for Rich Buzzelli are gentlemen. If you ever have a question or need something, he replies back instantly. We hired them through our Contractors and they will be the only Electricians that we will ever use. I just wish I had this kind of experience with all the companies I've hired.

Installed new units and made the mistake of switching the two. Units were hooked up to the wrong zones. Had to come back to fix the problem quite a few times before realizing that they were on the wrong zones. Also installed a broken pan that leaked out in the attic and ruined our new addition's ceiling. Made numerous trips back since it was the middle of summer and our house had a constant temperature of 90 degrees. Claimed that because it was 100 degrees out the best you would have is a 10 degree differential inside the house. Then after a dozen or so calls the owner comes and can't seem to understand what is happening and is very agitated by our constant calls realizes that the motor was set to the wrong speed. Set it to the right speed and had seemed to work but by then the summer was practically over so it wasn't until the following summer that we saw there isn't much of a difference. Our electric bill are sky high and we can't maintain a temperature of below 78 degrees. Bottom line... he installed a unit that is not big enough to cool our home. He's not man enough to admit what he did and refuses to return. He may have initially had a decent price but not when you're sweating in the summertime. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
