Description of Work: Our roof developed a leak after 15 years for a 25 year roofing tile. Bay roofing came out, determined a nail had 'popped' and fixed the problem for no charge. How much more can you expect a company to stand behind their work?

Description of Work: Bay Roofing came out to give me an estimate to repair a leak in one of my sky lights. Bottom line, they said I needed to re-flash my roof for $600 and that was not true. Another provider said the flashing was in perfect condition and he simply needed to fill a gap with silicone. The problem was fixed in 15 minutes. The price $0.00. He did not charge me a dime. Details: Bay Roofing said they said they needed to remove my shingles, install ice and water barrier to the roof, re-shingle with new shingles and install my original Velux flashing kit and then reseal glass to frame connection with clear silicone. It was a scam and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Description of Work: Bay Roofing just installed a new roof on our home. We are more than satisfied! From start to finish the most complete roofing contractor in the area. They helped us select a shingle. They supervised the entire project with professionalism. This company has quality people at every level!
