Every step of this transaction was professional and excellent.

The job took 2 service calls, 1 to measure, and 1 to install. On both occasions the technician was on time, did there work and moved on. The measurement tech, even taped up the broken window so our cats, who broke the window in the first place, would not get injured. Highly recommended.

Called & scheduled appt for next day which was following up by an email with Technician name, vehicle type etc.. Greg called me next morning to confirm time & location (he came to my employer) at exactly the agreed upon time. I wish everything went as smoothly & painless as this did!!

These people were easy to work with. We received a quote by email. When they came to measure the quote was accurate. We chose to add shower guard for easy cleaning, which was expensive but hopefully worth it. They were punctual for the measurement and for the installation appointments. The shower looks beautiful. We haven't used it yet, because we are still installing fixtures.

They were really good. They were just very easy to work with. They did exactly what they said they'd do & were on time & professional. The price was reasonable. I worked with Patrick & he was really just good.

Everything in dealing with this company was fantastic. They gave us the lowest quote and were able to get out to measure the glass in short order. The glass arrived before they said it would so installation was faster than anticipated. After installation, the door was not sliding as well as it was before, so they came back out and adjusted the door's rollers for free (it's currently a lot better) and also fixed the latching mechanism on the door (which was never working since as long as we've been in the house), a completely unrelated issue. Excellent service!

The receptionist was pleasant and setup an appointment for an installer to come out and measure. The installer was prompt and courteous. They called me back the next day with a quote and timing. They arrived on the scheduled date at the scheduled time with the materials and an additional labor. They were there for most of the day, but were professional and quiet. On final inspection, I noticed that one of the pieces was scratched. They agreed and came back a week later with a replacement part. I would absolutely work with them again and would recommend them to a friend. Their prices are a bit higher than some other companies, but they earn it.

I could not be any happier. I was quoted a price for replacing my patio door which was over 3000.00 and I got all my windows repaired for less than half.

They arrived at the scheduled time and took care of everything professionally. I liked their work, so I have hired them to put in new glass shower doors. They are on order at this time.

We them to get a quote. They came in the next day for measurements and the quote was sent by email. W called them to get options, agreed, place the order and came two weeks later to install. Great service, great quality.

I called and Spoke to someone who I assume was one of the owners, He was very efficient and easy to talk to I told him I needed a basement window fixed,and I have a broken storm window in need of repair. He gave me a price and rounded it down to $165. The person he sent in their mobile glass truck came on time,He was a very nice young man who knew what he was doing and how to do it. He had to crawl into a tight crawl space (he was a big guy too) and he did it with a great attitude and a smile. He took measurements,went back to the truck cut the right size glass and replaced the window pronto. The storm window had to be taken back to the shop because he didn't have the right type of glass on the truck,and I was told they would fix it and be back the next day to install it. Nine O'clock in the morning the next day I got a call asking if they could come finish the job. An hour later the same young man with the same great attitude showed up and put the window in. Jobs completed & well done. The price on the bill he had made out was higher than quoted to me,so he called back the shop,spoke to the man who quoted me the price,and the price was changed to the original quoted estimate.. I was very happy with all aspects of this experience and would definitely use them again.

I called several companies, but most were more interested in replacing windows than in repairing them. American Mobile Glass in Newfoundland, NJ, understood what needed to be done and didn't try to enlarge the job. We set a date and when a snow storm was scheduled for that day, they called me in advance to reschedule. After that, everything went as planned, and the job was done quickly and carefully.

They were punctual and did a good job. The glass replacement turned out very nice and neat. Tom replace 50 year old glass with new and the trim was in bad shape. So he went out of his way to caulk it nicely so that it all looked perfect. Great service, and a truly professional job.

Needed a custom shaped glass top to cover our dining room table. Called and received a price quote immediately and was able to schedule a visit to have the table measured that week. Once measured, the glass was cut and delivered the next week. It was really convenient and the table-top looks great. Everyone was easy to deal with and very professional. Very happy with the result and would recommend them.

Hurricane Sandy shattered our 6X3 foot racetrack oval glass patio table top. The top had a 2 inch hole for the umbrella, and we were worried if we could find a replacement. The top is set into a metal ring, and only an exact fit would look right. We called American Mobile Glass, and they understood right away what we needed. They came out for a measurement and estimate when they said they would. The new top was delivered on time and was a perfect fit. The only problem was that the ring for the umbrella hole was the wrong size. They promised to mail us the correct part. I called them a week later and they assured me they had not forgotten about us, and that they understood our concern. The new ring arrived, and is the correct part. They were always polite, competent and careful. We also ordered a replacement coffee table top to replace one that was chipped, and this too was perfect. We are very pleased with the professional service we received from American Mobile Glass.

After being quoted what I perceived to be an absurdly high dollar amount for a shower door by my GC I decided to do some price searching for custom shower doors. I found American Mobile Glass through Angies list among others and reached out to them given their A rating and pictures of shower doors they had displayed on their website. I emailed the Company at midnight and received options and pricing quotes by email at 1030am from Brandon the next day with a call to walk through them. Within two days he was already on site measuring the shower door for exact dimensions. Brandon was incredibly helpful and responsive where I had a within 24 hour response time on all questions that I had and believe me there were many. Fast forward 2 weeks after the measurement/order of my shower door....so there was a slight hiccup in the installation of my door due to measurement errors, but to be honest, after a complete apartment renovation I was just about ready for anything. The good part about it is that Pat and his workers when they recognized the problem set to immediately fixing the issue and within two days of my initial installation date, I had a brand new beautiful shower door. The service was absolutely amazing and after a week, shower door is wonderful! Words of wisdom - when you are installing a shower door, make sure that the shower door handle when the door opens, can open fully without hitting tile or a wall

I had a broken kitchen window that needed repair. I called American Mobile Glass in Newfoundland and they were great from start to finish. I was contacted right away by one of their Customer Service people and was able to schedule an appointment that fit in with my schedule. Their repair guy called me beforehand to let me know when he was coming and he was punctual. Then he showed up with a smile, checked out the situation, explained to me what he was going to do, and not only did it well, but did it with a smile in 95 degree heat (he had to work from the outside the fix the window). And then, at the end of the job, I tried to tip him, and he turned it down! While I don't hope for more broken windows in my future, if I do have one, I'm calling these guys first! Great job!

I was pretty happy with them. It was just a straight job. They came in, measured the window and gave the estimate. They went and made the window and came back to put it in. They said when it would be done and they did the job. They did what they said they were going to do. It was done in a timely and efficient manner. I didn’t check or compare prices. They were the only provider that I spoke to because I wanted somebody to come in and do it and they were in the area. I thought that the price was fair. Their quality of work was fine. I had no complaints.

A great experience. I called for an estimate. After receiving what sounded like a reasonable estimate I scheduled the work. They were able to schedule me for the day after I called. On the day the work was scheduled to be performed I received a phone call in the morning from the technician who would do the repairs. He told me he would arrive in 15 minutes, and he did! After looking at the two windows in need of repair and taking measurements, he confirmed the price I had been given on the phone. He said he could perform the repair in about 2 hours as he had another job to complete close to my home. The technician called again later in the day and said he would be over in about 30 minutes if that still worked for me. In almost exactly 30 minutes my door bell rang. They completed the work promptly and professionally.

I had several spots on the windshield that were damaged. Customer Service was friendly. They arrived on time and the person that made the repairs did a great job. The $100 payment was for the deductible on on my auto insurance coverage.
