Pros: Easy and friendly scheduling, Came out to property quickly Cons: Seems they didnt do a thorough inspection of equipment, didnt resolve cooling problems, charged a lot for just coming out and changing a filter (which any lay person can do) - had to hire another company after they came out to finally get AC problem fixed.

Came to my parent's house to evaluate their central air conditioning unit as it was not working. Being a Very old unit we thought it couldn't be repaired. However, he was honest with us and said the unit could last us for this summer if he added freon. So we went with adding the freon and the unit is working again! He could have easily told us it couldn't be fixed! I really appreciate his honesty and when the time comes to install the new unit I will be calling Alfano Mechanical.
