let me tell you they came out on Saturday looked and said they would be back on Monday , no show I called again and was told be there on Tuesday another technician came spent over thee hours on Wednesday the heat would not shut off house went over 84 degrees I called again and was told someone would come on Thursday I said someone had to come today it was already 730 pm after repeat calls someone came out spent 2 hours and said the technician wired everything wrong and there were multiple items burnt up and he would come back on Thursday no show again after eight phone calls I had to leave work and drive up to the office and I did not leave until they said someone would be there Friday between 8-9 am. The technician arrived at 10 am but at least he showed up and fixed the problems. Now this took this company 7 days to do something that should have taken 2 hours to fix in one day. I would not recommend them for anything.

Alfano was able to fix my furnace issue after another company told me they could not fix it and it would be a much more extensive project. Will not hesitate to call them if I need anything in the future!

Alfano was great from start to finish. Phil the owner came by immediately and gave a fair quote with an honest straight forward approach. I had taken the time to meet many and get quotes from numerous companies and I am glad I used Alfano. I would use them again in the future. On time and job well done.

We were without heat on a 22 degree night. It was a complicated job, but we got some heat immediately until they could come back the next day to really straighten it out. Fast, professional and will be with us for a long time!

Prompt response and repair in an emergency!

The technician rob was very knowledgeable and did a great job of diagnosing the problem and doing a partial repair. The repair was not an emergency. Due to scheduling conflicts it took 8 days before the job was completed. The completed work was exceptional. I am very pleased with the work done, and HIGHLY recommend them.

The problem was with my 13 year old steam Peerless Boiler. The Site Line Tube inserts and drain faucets into the boiler were heavily rusted and leaking. Phil came and diagnosed the problem the next day, and the appointment for the repair was the day after that. Rob was able to remove the rusted inserts, clean out the threads of debris and install the 4 new insert pieces. He also checked the low water probe and found that was also rusted/pitted and needed replacing. Rob worked quickly and knew exactly what to do. Explained all work as he did it and was very pleasant and professional as well. Would highly recommend Alfano Mechanical, Phil who originally diagnosed, explained and cost estimated the issue and Rob who did a great job, with a difficult problem, on the boiler. Excellent!

We have a seven year old Weill McLain Ultra 155 heating system which also supplies domestic hot water. It was installed and maintained by an excellent person for the first 4 years. When he stopped servicing residential systems we went to another firm who installed new AC units and maintained the heating system for two years. The quality of their service was not good, with errors that cost us dearly. Alfano just did their winter inspection, and the service person was very knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. He found a potential problem that was just starting to raise its head, and he documented the issue, took a photo of the part, and the firm later called back with an estimate for what it would cost to correct the problem, if or when it worsens in the future. They appreciate Home Advisor customers, and give us special treatment. We intend to have them service our two new Trane AC units starting this spring. Based on our experience and interactions with Alfano, so far, we would highly recommend them to other Home Advisor customers. I am a very handy and experienced home owner, and found them to be a very straight forward, qualified, and quality firm.

So very happy with Alfano mechanical!!! We were Looking for a comp. to service my parents oil burner because it wasn t working. They came the same day after returning our Home Advisor inquiry immediately. Said they would put us on the call list that same day and give me a call when they where on their way which they did. Robert ( who happens to be the most knowledgeable technician and kind human being I have come across in this type of service industry) showed up at our door. He was the ultimate professional while being extremely respectful of my dad who himself had at one time been in the business . ( my dad really appreciated that) Robert was able to get it up and running with a few change of parts even installing a pump that my Dad had as a spare back up. All was good after Robert had waited 30 min to make sure everything was working ok. Well about an hour or two after the oil burner had cycled off and then tried to cycle back on it was making a loud banging sound so we shut it down and gave them a call back. It was after 5:30 and they couldn t come back then and said they would call in the AM .. which they did... Robert Returned to replace one of the parts that happened to fail and we were up and running again! What impressed me the most was Robert left me a voice mail to check up on everything since I was unable to be at my parents house when he returned. Would hire this company in a heartbeat . The estimate and pricing is beyond fair and reasonable. They absolutely know their stuff and they apparently hire very nice people too! Shout out to Lola also in the office. Only spoke briefly but she was very helpful and nice . ... my mom and dad say thank you so very much!

Alfano Mechanical were available right away even on a Saturday morning. The staff was friendly and were able to fix the problem quickly. Only issue is the 3% service fee to use a credit card.
