No sense of customer satisfaction and they overcharge

came to give estimate and had unit installed in one week, great value and great customer service

Alfano Mechanical, installed 2 new air conditioners for my home. The crew did the job in 1 day. They checked it for working order. The owner, Phil, was great to work with and his pricing for both units was great. AND, he called me to ask how the units were working!

They were here in a very short time. They worked all day and were clean and neat.

The tech meticulously assessed the problem and resolved it.

Do not hire! Totally misdiagnosed the work, they are misleading, customer service was the worst, the owner threatened to fight me after he made a mess in my home. Save your money, even if you have no heat or a flood in your house!

I gave them 1 star because they called me promptly and came to my house the next day to look at my AC system. They told me it just needed to be cleaned and refrigerant added. I paid $600 for this. The system worked okay for 1 day but stopped cooling the house the 2nd day. When I called Phil he was so rude and basically told me I did not know what I was talking about and that my AC system worked fine. He was going to charge me for a service visit if I wanted him to come back to my house, even though I just paid him $600! I could not believe how rude he was on the phone. I wound up calling a competitor who told me there was a leak in my system and I needed to replace it. My unit was over 30 years old so this made sense. I basically wasted $600 with Alfano and had a very poor experience. I was very surprised since he has other good reviews. I would not call them.

Phil is the owner of the company and he gave me a great price for the furnace , coil, and compressor. His crew were just great and professional and completed the job as promised. Job was clean and very professional. Phil will tell you what you need and is it required.

The young men who did the installation of the defective part were polite. Gilbert not so much. Phil does not return calls. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Fast and professional

Very happy with their service. My problem is I received my bill with photos of the serial numbers of the compressors and none of the air handlers. I called the office 2 times snd was told that Gilbert would that care of this. After 2 weeks, I went up into my attics and took the photos myself. I them went online and registered myunits with the manufacture. I was also told that Alfano would register my units, which they never did!!

I had a 17 year old system that needed to be replaced. Alfano was very reasonably and competitively priced. They came in and put in a brand new system quickly and left everything super clean. The workers were gentlemen, professional and GREAT!! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! I have had to edit this review as they put my system in during the summer and when I went to put my humidifier in that they transferred over to my new system they installed it wrong. When I called the company and explained it to them the person who answered the phone told me to adjust it myself and hung up on me. I will be taking them to court.

Desire to please customers. Not well organized - required extra visits to detail work to be needed causing the schedule to be pushed out.

I had problems with my a/c unit. It took them a few visits to trouble shoot. They were very professional and did a great job getting my unit repaired.

Honest, straight forward, and true to their word. My system went down, we tried to repair it, but it was just too old.... They came out and replaced the unit within a few days of it going down. They could not have been nicer or more professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

They charged me $586 to fix something was not fix.

Customer service is excellent. The technicians were very professional, knowledgable, and knew their job very well. I replaced my central air system (Condenser and air handler) and it was priced reasonably well in comparison with other vendors. I will do business with them in the future.
