gOOD WORK, BUT HIGH PRICES

We had no A/C in our upstairs and they were able to come a couple of days after I called. They diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote, and then were able to fix it then and there.

Communication could be better.

I needed help because one of our AC system doesn’t work properly due to some electrical mess a previous contractor did. Phil came to our house, gave us a lower estimate from another Company I called. Since all of our HVAC system are over 15yrs old we decided to change all 3 of our unit and he gave us an even bigger discount. A few days later sent 7 of his guys (all very friendly) and finish installing our 3 HVAC in a day and the next day fixed the messed up electrical work that a previous contractor did.

They did a nice job. I was very happy with the work and the service.

I had an issue with my central air. I called a different company ( Gold Medal) and they didnâ t have a clue of what was wrong with my unit. So I contacted Alfano And they came right away, they found the problem and fixed it in no time very good work very clean. Joe and his partner were very knowledgeable of what they were doing and they explained everything in detail. Great company I highly recommended them.

The first night after installing a new boiler the system did not work. The installer knew there was an issue with one of the 3 circuit boxes and told me it could be addressed with the first maintenance appointment. It did not make it through the first night. Came back the next morning to fix that and 2 dripping sections. Fix the system to turn on but one of the drips was due to a cracked air breather which he did not have with him and the other drip was due to being installed without fittings because they improvised when it was installed because they did not have the fittings from the supplier. That was April 21 and as of today, May 2, I am still waiting to be added to the schedule.
