I got a call and the quote in NJ was more than double what I pay in NY, so I made a comment that how come NJ is so much more expensive than NY as I'm trying to do this for my father. He just said, "good luck", and he hung the phone on me. VERY RUDE!

Sean was great. Explained everything, and fixed the problem. Would recommend them to others and would call them again.

A great service, quick response on a Sunsay! Purchased the house a few weeks ago and furnace stopped working. Joe came, up and running in a few minutes!

Alfano quoted me an estimate of $350. And wanted to fix the next day. Jack Frost came the next morning and charged me zero dollars upon finding the only thing wrong with my water tank was it needed to be plugged in. Alfano set out to RIP ME OFF Stay away from A l f a n o Mechanical!!

Very fast to respond and was able to schedule me in for same day service. Upon research, price was on the higher side, but service quick and got the job done.

Did not perform full boiler maintenance program for season startup. Did not change oil filter; did not clean and vacuum firebox; did not inspect burner nossel. Only service performed was to drain boiler and clean water level sight glass and refill boiler. Homeowner had to provide towels for cleaning! Did not have equipment to test boiler efficiency.

Professional, friendly, and patient, willing to teach this new home owner. I will definently be calling upon them indefinitely.

Rob came by in perfect timing to get our furnace up and running before the temperature really started dropping. He explained the whole process and talked me through the whole thing. Even made sure I knew how to do the monthly maintenance to keep our system healthy. I would definitely call them again for any other issues and definitely would recommend them to friends and family. The whole team at Alfano is great - open communication, convenient appointments, super easy, and comfortable to work with. They're great!

I had them come out and paid 91.00 to diagnose my furnace, and they told me i needed to pay 1200. to put in a new heater ex-changer or pay 3500. plus tax for a new furnace. I had another company come out and fix the issue. They did not want to do anything, they left me in cold.

let me tell you they came out on Saturday looked and said they would be back on Monday , no show I called again and was told be there on Tuesday another technician came spent over thee hours on Wednesday the heat would not shut off house went over 84 degrees I called again and was told someone would come on Thursday I said someone had to come today it was already 730 pm after repeat calls someone came out spent 2 hours and said the technician wired everything wrong and there were multiple items burnt up and he would come back on Thursday no show again after eight phone calls I had to leave work and drive up to the office and I did not leave until they said someone would be there Friday between 8-9 am. The technician arrived at 10 am but at least he showed up and fixed the problems. Now this took this company 7 days to do something that should have taken 2 hours to fix in one day. I would not recommend them for anything.

Alfano was able to fix my furnace issue after another company told me they could not fix it and it would be a much more extensive project. Will not hesitate to call them if I need anything in the future!

Alfano was great from start to finish. Phil the owner came by immediately and gave a fair quote with an honest straight forward approach. I had taken the time to meet many and get quotes from numerous companies and I am glad I used Alfano. I would use them again in the future. On time and job well done.

We were without heat on a 22 degree night. It was a complicated job, but we got some heat immediately until they could come back the next day to really straighten it out. Fast, professional and will be with us for a long time!
