He was really good. He's punctual. He called to ask what water heater brand I had and I told him and he brought the same brand. He bought me the best water heater which is what I wanted. He came out and walked around the whole building with me to find the water meters. He spent a lot of time with me just to figure out what went wrong. I just thought the price for his services were worth it because he went above and beyond. I trust him, I haven't had a problem. He was referred to me by my real estate agent so I called him.
Description of Work: A. Intile & Son Plumbing, Heating & Service Company initially came to find the problem with the water heater. Then he came with another guy to fix it the next day. He fixed me up with a brand new water heater and did something that will prevent it from happening again.

They did a good job. He had the right equipment, he knew what he was doing, and he did well. He was able to do two projects that another plumber told me weren't possible.
Description of Work: A Intile & Son put in a water powered sump pump to prevent flooding in my basement. They also fixed a problem with my leaky basement sink.

Description of Work: Intile & Sons replaced my residential gas furnace ($4900). They also replaced my gas water heater ($500 - under subsidiary company Dr Water Heater). The owner Tony Intile dealt with me directly for all aspects of the job: estimate/proposal, maker/size of furnace, schedule. The cost was very competitive with other bids I received. All questions and adjustments (and as a retired mechanical engineer I had a lot of them) were handled in a friendly, professional and complete manner. The actual installation was done by his technicians, efficiently, competently and according to current standards and checked thoroughly by Tony when completed. He went through a complete startup sequence with me and answered all my questions to assure I understood how the system operates. I was particularly impressed with the water heater replacement. Tony took the trouble to check the warranty, found it was still in effect, and arranged for a new heater to be delivered (no other contractor volunteered this effort, they suggested I check it and deal with the vendor myself). Both the furnace and the heater have been operating without problems for a year now. I would recommend Intile & Sons as a competent and reliable contractor who provides excellent service.

They were knowledgeable about the product, on time, neat, and completed the work without any problems. We were very happy and will use them again.
Description of Work: They replaced our water heater, removed and installed a new toilet, and installed a shut off valve on our washing machine.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES. I HAVE KNOWN THE OWNERS AND THEIR FAMILY SINCE I WAS YOUNG. THEY ARE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND SELFLESS. I HAD A PROBLEM DURING A STORM AND THE OWNER CAME OUT AND DEALT WITH OUR SITUATION HIMSELF. THEY ARE GREAT.
