+ -1 moreDO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I have had an ongoing problem with them coming to try and fix my fridge. The first time they charged me $250 just to re-adjust the freezer rack - it didn't fix the problem. the second time they came and then ordered parts to try and fix it. When a different guy came with the parts he said that wasn't the problem and he ordered other parts - kicking the problem down the road another few weeks while I didn't have a fridge. Finally, the parts arrived and he came to fix it - another $250 bill - and it once again broke immediately after. I then went to go buy a new fridge. When they called requesting the money I explained the situation and that I wasn't going to pay something they didn't fix (I mean, if you couldn't fix it you should have been professional enough to tell me that and not keep dragging me through this without a working fridge for a month). Instead of hearing my argument and working with me, she just said 'alright ma'am well then this is going to collections and you can expect a letter in the mail." And then HUNG UP on me. The repairmen were young, not communicative and seemed out of it (high?). Completely unprofessional organization that does not know how to fix anything. DO NOT USE THEM.

+ -1 moreHorrible! Poor customer service. Rude supervisor.
Description of Work: This company was referred as a contractor to my service plan. I waited 4 days to get this appointment for my dishwasher. They were to arrive between the hours of 8-12pm. At 11:45am, I am still waiting without so much as a phone call. When I called someone by the name of Danielle answered me and said," I'm sure my plumber is not in a hurry to get to you so just wait." and hung up. When I called back to ask for a supervisor, I was told I was called at 9:42 am and told they were running late which was untrue. Apparently Danielle IS the supervisor. I spoke to her again and she said, "How about if you just start all over because I am now cancelling your appointment." and again hung up. This is totally unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I called my contract service and changed my appointment and requested NEVER to refer this company again to me. I will never hire them nor have them do any work with such poor customer service. I'm surprised they are even in business.
