I had recently bought a house which needed some exterior TLC. Peter was responsive and straightforward on what I needed and what could possibly wait. After he did such a great job on the power wash and minor exterior trim, I went ahead and got him to stain my worn deck as well as other exterior trim paint/stain.

Peter and his crew did an excellent job painting areas within the house, and on the outside back porch area which was power washed as well. All of them were open to any suggestions that were made before and during the work. While in the house Pete was very helpful with recommendations to help better preserve the places he worked on. The areas that were taken care of needed extra work for surface repair due to weather and aging, and are greatly improved from before. Prior to hiring the company, I researched online painters and their prices, and this business charges within the norm. The only thing that should make nailing down a definite amount of money for work difficult is being indefinite in exactly what is asked for in advance.
