Rudy did an excellent job in renovating my basement! I had water damage in my basement and decided to renovate it. I was nervous to look for a contractor online , but found that I am very lucky to have worked with him . From the first contact with his customer representative Jennifer , to meeting him and his worker Angel, it was a pleasant experience . He was very professional , communicates promptly , always on time, respectful , knowledgeable and skillful at what he does. What I also like is that he was meticulous with his work and knows what's aesthetically pleasing , but at the same time, respects your wishes. I think he is fair with his price and will work with you and your budget. I felt that I could trust him working in my house and find that he makes it a point to work with people who he knows and worked before , who are also skillful and respectful, like his worker Angel. I can sleep easy while they are working in my house and not worry that they will disrespect my house or lose my trust . The finished product looks very good! It's what I call " Pulido" . Everyday after they work, they make it a point to clean up . They come early and get the job done quickly and in good quality. I am very satisfied and very , very happy with their work and would gladly work with him again for future projects .

South Pacific was the solution to all our remodel problems. From the beginning, Jennifer gave great customer service and accommodated all my schedule changes. These guys are really good. Got me my quote and we're able to accommodate my late request and still Finish before the movers arrived.they worked all weekend and paid great attention to detail. I will definitely use them when We're ready for our next phase of renovations.

Rudy was a pleasure to work with on our two full bathroom remodels. We had met with three contractors (all from Angie's List) and chose South Pacific Home Improvement from that group. Rudy's showed a level of professionalism from the first meeting that was unmatched and continued through the entire project. Rudy and crew arrived everyday, exactly at the time we had agreed upon. While punctuality and professionalism are nice attributes, ultimately we wanted to make sure the finished project lived up to expectations...Rudy not only met but exceeded expectations! We already have plans for more project that we will have Rudy complete.

It took me a long time to find a decent contractor. I must have had dozens come by - some never got back to me with a quote. From the start, working with Rudy and his team was different. Communication was professional and prompt, the estimate was handled quickly, and overall turnaround time was very satisfactory. When Rudy came by to check out the scope of work that needed to be done, we spent extra time going over ideas. Even once the work began, we had on the fly changes with decisions made on the spot, but everything came out beautifully. Without his advice I probably would still be undecided on what changes to make... I even had a trip near the end of the scheduled work so I wasn't around for the end of the project. When I returned, I was floored by the results. Who knew several minor changes could make my entire home feel so fresh and new! I would highly recommend South Pacific Home Improvement for your projects large or small, and I already intend to rely on them again for another small change.

Rudy did a great job repairing the damaged wall. He tented the open rooms with plastic, scrapped the ceilings, painted the ceilings, hallway, dining room and living room. He vacuumed everyday and did his best to make sure that the dust from the scrapping and spackle was at a minimum! I have a home with original 1920's trim. He was meticulous in making sure no paint was accidentally dropped on the dark chestnut moldings. He did a wonderful job!

Better than we could have ever hoped! Rudy is awesome and a trustworthy hard worker. He's also a really great guy. We are going to hire him again for another job we have soon.

As a project designer and consultant, I've worked with hundreds of contractors over the years. South Pacific was contacted for drywall work but it turns out their painting and carpentry skills are also excellent. Equally as important to their skill in the trades is their work ethic ....communications with their clients, promptness for appointments and estimates, focus on the project at hand and cleanliness on the jobsite. The project moved along quickly and efficiently and my wife and I are very pleased with the result. Pictures to follow once the furnishings are back in place. We'd definitely use Rudy and his team again.

We are very happy with South Pacific. Rudy did a beautiful installation of our kitchen tile back splash and so we asked him to return to install a new ceiling in the living room of our 75 year old house. He is professional, reliable and personable and his prices are competitive. We benefited from his knowledge, skill, attention to detail and good advice and couldn't be happier with the work!

Rudy was the perfect person to hire for the job! I originally hired him to install a basement ceiling only. I was so impressed with him and his work ethic that I asked him to install a window, flooring and trim as well. Rudy was extremely devoted to coming up with ways to solve my older home issues along the way especially with the floor trim. Rudy truly cares about the homeowner. He took time to assist me when I needed him to help me choose paint colors or flooring, etc. I am extremely happy with my new basement! I would absolutely hire Rudy again. In fact, I am asking him to come back in the Spring to paint and do some other renovations.

I can't say enough good about Rudy! We were in a bind due to an issue with one of our existing contractors. We called him and not only did he come out the same day to give us an estimate, he was able to start the next day to keep our project on schedule. Beyond that, he was honest and extremely professional, explaining everything he was going to do and the expected outcomes. He was punctual everyday and finished the job on time as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will certainly use him in the future.

They came on time as promised and gave me a reasonable estimate so i decided to use them for my bathroom. They installed new fixtures for me and put in the new tiles on my floor and walls my windows were old so i decided to change them and they installed that for me too. They were such a please to work with keeping me informed every step of the way, I was not sure if i wanted to paint or put tiles on the walls that they gave me wonderful ideas. I liked this company so much that i had them do some work in my living room as well. they suggested just a little paint and some base and crown molding and it would look like new. I am so glad i took their advice because i can't express how great it looks now. This company was the best right from the beginning they answered all my questions they were on time and very friendly and the price was great! I will be using this company in the future i have already recommended them to my sister.

It went great. Displacing small children during construction is always hard, but Rudy made it as painless as possible. He arrived as scheduled every day. I noticed that if he was early he would wait in his car out front until his scheduled arrival time. There is absolutely no trace of any of the damaged areas and the paint job was just as good as the one I originally had done 9 years ago from a well known, much more expensive, painting company. He was well organized with his paperwork and his license number and liability insurance checked out when I verified them. He was also, the neatest tradesman to ever work in my house. He cleaned his work area everyday as well as I would have done it myself. I actually found him vacuuming the bottom of his shoes before he would walk outside of the area he was working in! I plan to hire him for a few other projects and I would highly recommend him to any friend that needs work done on their home. Very professional, quality results, and very personable. I couldn't ask for better experience.

I was very pleased with the work of this company. They showed up on time as promised and finished the job as promised at a very reasonable price. They were very clean and neat and pleasant to work with. They answered all my questions and the finished product was fantastic. I plan on having them come back to do some more work that I have been putting off for some time.

Awesome. Job was much more involved than originally planned, and they demonstrated professionalism throughout the project, kept costs down and followed up after completion. Very trustworthy, inventive, multi-talented. Great ability to troubleshoot things that came up.

Rudy is the best! ?You won't find better. ?If he says he will be there at 8:00, he will be. ?Sometimes I saw him waiting outside my house until the exact time. ?He is so conscientious and meticulous with his work. ?Everything is perfect. ?One piece of wood in my hallway had a scratch, and the next day Rudy took it up and replaced it. ?He's very personable and fun to talk to. ?I can't say enough good things.

Rudy came in with the lowest quote and did a fantastic job on a big and relatively complex job. There was a large amount of space to cover and it was all along the border. In some cases, Rudy's replacement tile work was better than what was there before. He came in on time, as promised and finished the work very quickly. I am very pleased with his work, particularly in the bathroom that I had been very concerned about.
