I don't usually leave reviews, but when I do, it's because it's definitely deserved. You know when you are looking for a company that understands your request without trying to push an agenda or upsell something and gets the job right the first time? That's South Pacific. From Jen coordinating and providing follow-up on every step of the project to Rudy, a swiss army knife of knowledge and talent that made the work smooth, seemless and professional as it could ever be. Not only did the work was done ontime and within budget, he also was able to add some additional touches that I would've never thought of adding to the project. All this to say, I'll be using South Pacific again... and again.

Rudy was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, efficient and did a wonderful job. We have had bad experiences more times than not with contractors and workmen in the past and, therefore, so appreciative of his skill, professionalism and work ethic. He cleaned up after every visit. I will use him again for any job I have. His office manager, Jen, is also a pleasure. Her responses to questions, scheduling and follow up were prompt and professional. A great company to work with.

Better than new! Perfect paint job.

Services were not done. I was told by Jennifer on June 19 that someone will come to my house on June 24 around 5:30 to check the scope of work and to provide an estimate. I took a short day at work that day to accommodate them. Nobody came. Nobody even called. I left a voice mail on their office that same afternoon and an email. Nobody called back nor followed up. I know we're in a pandemic but still, you are in a people business. Someone should have called and inform me of what happened. I was inconvenienced and they were not so I guess they don't care or they don't need my money right now.

We have had the pleasure of working with South Pacific Home Improvement for two home improvement projects and as always, Rudy performed the job with to our complete satisfaction and not only did he finish the work, he exceeded out expectations with regard to the craftsmanship. He is very resourceful and as unexpected issues would arise, as in most projects when you start to uncover the minute details that you wouldn't expect, Rudy was more than capable of solving the problems and it is a testament of his expertise. He is punctual and always available to answer questions, he is honest and will not undermine you for an extra dollar, and he is hard working. Overall, I would highly recommend South Pacific Home Improvement, LLC company for anyone who is looking for home renovations without any reservations.

Rudy is awesome. He communicates well and spends time with you to confirm requirements, desires, and preferences. He goes above and beyond, using his own stash of materials when necessary or running to Home Depot when in need of missing parts. He is willing to touch up and/or fix anything that doesn't quite meet your expectations, always ensuring he makes it right. He is fun to work with, and we plan to hire him again.

Rudy, and his crew were excellent. Showed up on time for estimate and sent quote promptly. Very reasonable price when compared to other Angie List contractors. We scheduled the work and they were able to work within our time frame. They even showed up on a Sunday to accommodate our needs. We added crown molding and paneling. Rudy didn’t try to price gouge us. With the Extras they still managed to complete project on time. Everyone that see our new Dining room raves about the excellent work. Being a contractor myself I’ve seen total hack jobs on crown molding Rudy was precious. He did some extra trim Work free of charge. We have more work in the house and I will most certainly be call South Pacific back. I would even recommend them to customer of mine. Thank You again for all your hard work. Don’t mind the non existent light fixture that’s my fault.

I met Rudy a year ago when he came to give an estimate on a project I was doing. I never had the work done but remembered him when my water heater broke (which in on the 3rd floor) and destroyed the below 2 floors. He came and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable and started 2 weeks later. It was a lot of work from installing new ceilings to new flooring. He cleaned up every day! I absolutely LOVE the job he did. (with the help of his son Jeffrey) They not only exceeded expectations but had great ideas on all the added touches (new molding, painting, and refacing my kitchen cabinets) I will always call Rudy for his professionalism, honesty and workmanship.

It went EXTREMELY well! Rudy was very diligent! He arrived EXACTLY when he said he would He worked on a Saturday! He explained each step of the job and why each step was necessary. The finished product is GORGEOUS! I will unquestionably recommend Rudy to everybody, and will hire him for any future project!

Rudy's work was superb. He works carefully and makes good suggestions about design and solutions to various problems. Rudy is meticulous in his painting and his carpentry work is of the highest quality. He leaves the site clean each evening. We give him and his work for us an A+

Rudy was very friendly upfront, and the work seemed very good. HOWEVER, when he finished, I had my shower door guy come in one week later. The shower door installer proceeded to tell me that the shower curb was installed improperly, and was out of level, so water would leak out of the shower. I checked, and this was true. The only fix would have been to rip the entire shower out again, and we couldnt do that. Next, after about 10 months, all of the grout in our floor cracked and fell through. I contacted Rudy to see if he would come and fix it. He never responded to me, 3 different time. I texted, emailed, and called. I wish I could have left a more positive review, but I would stay away, as Rudy does not stand by his work.

Rudy is an extremely professional and reliable person. He does great work. He follows through on all projects from start to finish. He has extensive knowledge on many types of installation, repair and upgrades for the home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor for their home projects.

Rudy was awesome to deal with throughout this small project. His estimate was spot on, he was able to complete the work faster then estimated (4 days vs 5 days) and came in at a very reasonable price which he stuck to. Will definitely use him again for any home improvement needs and I'd strongly recommend him to friends or family.

i have to say, Rudy was great. Creative and meticulous. We didn’t have one problem and his price was the best. Started with kitchen remodel and living room flooring. Added a coffee/ beverage station, closet, crown molding, window molding, entrance and front porch. He added a beautiful built in shelf that frankly, makes the room. His original quote was reasonable so we were able to include the additional work. I am confident that Rudy and the crew of South Pacific Home Improvement LLC will do a great job. If you should have a problem, I am sure it will be rectified immediately.

It was absolutely wonderful. I never had anybody in my house that was so professional and kind. They were neat when they left. I can't say enough about them, they were terrific. The price was fair. They were courteous, they would laugh, and it was such a wonderful experience.

It was very good. They were professional, pleasant, kept everything clean as possible, completed it within the time frame, and I will definitely use them again.

Everything went extremely smooth. Rudy was so amazing to work with. He answered every phone call and emails were promptly answered as well. He came on the day and at the time that was promised. Im very happy with how the job came out and I definitely recommend.

Rudy and his team at South Pacific were amazing! They are all very professional -- responsive, on-time, flexible and transparent about the details of the work and cost. I initially hired South Pacific to install drywall and moudling in a single room. I was impressed by the quality of work and overall professionalism. I immediately hired them again to replace some old flooring with new a new subfloor, hardwood and base moulding. All work was completely in a reasonable amount of time and with high quality. I have more work to complete throughout my home and I will definitely be reaching out to South Pacific again! I absolutely recommend South Pacific to anyone looking for high quality work and professionalism!

Rudy was extremly professional, and completed the job in a timley manner, and was very good with cleaning everything up as well. In fact, I thought his workmanship was so good that I had him do additional painting throughout my home. Rudy worked within my schedule, was fairly priced, and again cleaned up when all the jobs were complete. His wife, Jennifer, works in the office and she is extremly nice as well. I would highly recommend South Pacific Home Improvement LLC for any work improvements you have planned for your home or business. They were a pleasure to work with.

Rudy from South Pacific was always professional +. On time, great work and great price. The ceilings look great! He even spackled some of my drywall work on the walls! One of the best contractors I have ever worked with. I will definitely be calling him again.
