I have called him on several occasions after my retractable awning was installed with questions and he was always willing to answer and solve my problem. Worked with Shook Awnings to replace the fabric of the awning. Their price was very competitive which is part of why I chose them. They ordered the awning and came to install. They did a great job. They also reset the awning when I had issues with it. It works perfectly now.

This company was so professional and honest which in this time and age is very rare. These guys are so good at what they do that they could ve said they been in business for 50 years and I would have believed them but instead he told me they were fairly a new company with less than 5 years . I Loved and appreciate that honesty. About the work and the quality of the sun setter awning SECOND TO NONE unbelievable I m so happy it came out so beautiful and secure which I was concerned because I purchased a really big 20 by 12 awning.
