Description of Work: He came to give an estimate and evaluation of work to be done to repair a leak between apartments. He was about a half hour late to the appointment which was not that big a deal. However, he understood that the work needed to be done immediately as we were dealing with a leak. I never recieved a quote. I e-mailed, called, and texted him repeatedly and did not get a response. Finally, I had someone else come to to the work. But then about a month later he sent me a bill for his consulting fee!!! First, I had never agreed to pay a fee for him to come out and second, is this guy nuts? To his credit when I called to tell him there was no way I was paying that and what a HUGE inconvience he had caused he was very apologetic and waived the fee. But still...I would never use him or recommend him to anyone else. Also...the next plumber said the things he told me would need to be done were waaaaaaay inflated and it was a much simpler fix.
