I did a second floor addition to my family home, and Picasso Team did an outstanding job! My project was finished in less than four months. Sergio, the owner, is an extremely professional and reliable person to work with. He met all of my expectations and offered guidance/suggestions every step of the way! Workmanship, quality, time management, and reasonable prices- you get all of this with Picasso! Can't wait to work with them again.

We just finished off an attic space into a bedroom/office. This is our second home project with Sergio and his team and just like last time, we were very pleased with the results. They were reliable, communicative, easy to work with and made sure to do the job right. The room looks great and even with some tricky corners and custom closets everything turned out just as we wanted it. Highly recommend!

Sergo and his Team are amazing. On time and have plenty of experience between all the team members. If there is something they donâ t know they have a guy that does. Attention to detail is fantastic. Anything you ask or see and they are able to handle it. They work effectively and efficiently and really try to work with you and your budget. They are honest and really have your best interests in mind.

Sergio, Leo and his team are great to work with! They always showed up early, before 8am! They always covered all the areas that they were not working on. Sergio puts pride in his work, he would make recommendations on items to ensure great results. They inspect, listen and worked around our needs. The results of the work is great. They renovated our master bathroom, powder room, foyer and fireplace. Great work! I will be hiring them again for our kitchen and repainting the house.

We needed some pre-move in refresh of bathrooms, kitchen, and full repainting. Sergo, Leo, and his team did an amazing job. They were professional and transparent right from the beginning and answered all our questions. The tile work and installation of doors were of very good quality. He also came back later to fix any small issues. I would recommend him for any residential home renovation project, big or small.

It was our first renovation and they were quick and efficient. Sergio took the time to answer all of my parents questions and made sure it was EXACTLY the way my parents wanted it. We are definitely going to use them for all of our future projects!

We used Picasso for a small bathroom/laundry room remodel. Built a bee interior wall and put down new tile in both rooms. The price was way below any other quotes I received. Sergio was great to work with for the initial quote. His team showed up every day and did great work. We made some changes to the original plan and Sergio was reasonable and upfront with the added cost. The crew cleaned up the site well and left nothing behind. We are very happy with the result. I would give Picasso the first chance at any future work we plan to do.

From start to finish Sergo, Leo and crew, were excellent. Always asking if we had any questions, arrived 15 min early whenever they were due, explained every detail, listened and responded to any inquiries. They were courteous, cleaned up each time we were home so I could use my kitchen. (They put in a new ceiling. ) Except for waiting for permit and inspection s the project, both kitchen and a total bathroom demo and redo took 13 days. We are already thinking of additional projects, their work was so good. It was such a pleasure to deal with reputable, talented and courteous, contactor and craftsmen. I highly recommend Picasso.

Sergo (the owner), Leo, and his team at Picasso Construction did not let me down on the second, very large renovation. This was a whole-townhome renovation in a 40-year old building, and required a lot of major work (bathrooms, floors, reconfiguring the kitchen, lighting, etc). All of this was complicated by the pandemic, by me (the owner) living 30 min away, construction materials not being readily available, etc etc. Nonetheless, Sergo and his team came through, and did a great job under these difficult circumstances and Iâ m very pleased. They were always on time, came when they promised to come (unusual in this business) and completed my project on time and pretty much on budget. I felt that I could trust them to get the work done. Sergo will not to let you down even once the work is done and if something is wrong, as can often happen, he will show up and resolve any issues. This is critical in a large renovation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would not hesitate to hire him again if the need arises.

This is second time we hired Picasso Construction, LLC, for home renovation. Sergio and his team provide excellent service. They showed up on time and complete the work as promised with a very responsible manner. We hired them to replace our two bathrooms ceiling sheetrock and install new ceiling exhaust fans. Install 4 recess lights in the kitchen, 4 recess lights and one outdoor lamp in the deck area and one outdoor electrical outlet on the deck. They provided extra repair/replace services without extra charges. They provided an outstanding service and clean up worksite after every work day. We recommend Sergio's team and will definitely use again in the future.

I personally had at least 3-4 jobs done by Sergo and his team over the last 3 years. Excellent service, very responsible, always shows up on time, and completes his work as promised. Sergio did a major renovation of my house when I purchased our new house almost three years ago. Since then I used his services all the time. He also renovated my parents' condo. I referred Sergo to at least 2-3 of my friends and family members. Definitely would use his service in the future.
