The technicians removed it all and straightened out the mess of tubing to streamline it all, added a 2nd drain to replace the garbage disposal drain in the 2nd sink.

They replaced my aged mom's 50 gal water heater ($1530) and an outside faucet and a kitchen sink sprayer for us ($250). All work done quickly and professionally. It took just two separate visits for Jordon to determine source of the water leak in our basement (it was a leaking pipe joint within the walls). In his first visit, he wanted to avoid cutting into the walls and so we tried to tighten up the loose water on the floors up. Then, since it continued, during the second visit he came by after we had the walls opened up for him by a mold specialist and he was able to repair it with skill. Very stand up guy. Will definitely use this company again.

Excellent... Michael Petrov, owner and master plumber, promptly responded to my initial call, arrived early, quickly completed the job, and charged less than his estimate. I've often wondered if so many great reviews could all be true; in this case, THEY ARE.

Drain cleaning was A.OK. But the sprayer was not fixed. I had a new one and when it was installed it didn't work either. I asked if the diverter need to be changed and was told no cause it was a piece of garbage. Well, another plumber said----guess what!--I needed to order a new diverter! I did and HE fixed it. So my experience was 50 x 50.

Michael came down and gave me an estimate the day of my appointment. He said his crew can come by the same day and complete the job. About 2 hrs later he and his crew came by and completed the job in about 2 hrs. They did a great job and were very friendly and professional. They also calked my kitchen sink.

great! Literally, I was given peace of mind, just as the company promised. Mike was professional and on time. He listened to me when I explained the issue I had the day before re-installing a new lid and filter to my system. At first, Mike could not figure out the issue himself, but he quickly called the manufacture and the problem was solved. There was a small rubber valve that was suppossed to be transfered to the new lid which controls the water flow. I am so relieved to have clean water back up and running in my home and thankful to Mike for it!

These guys are the best. This is the 3rd time I used Peace of Mind and I'm so glad I found them. They are punctual, courteous, friendly and professional. Everything they fixed for me has not been a problem since. My latest issue was a leaking pipe in my rental house. The drain pipe from the kitchen sink sprang a leak in the basement and my tenants could not use the kitchen sink. I called these guys and Doug and Mark came out the next day. They arrived on time as usual and was able to find the source of the leak in a few minutes. They fixed the problem in less than an hour and the price for the work was very reasonable. My only disappointment is that they don't do forced air AC systems - otherwise I would be all set in my plumbing and heating needs. Highly recommend!
