Description of Work: Service was requested initially for a clogged kitchen sink drain which was resolved on the initial visit. The two plumbers were knowledgeable, professional and extremely conscious of protecting surroundings while at work. Because I was impressed with their knowledge and expertise, I requested they return to replace insinkerator garbage disposal and clean and replace showerhead in the Master Bath. All of their equipment and services were top quality.

Description of Work: We had a leaky steam pipe. We were very happy with them. They were very responsive and well priced. They did the job at a much better price than other companies would have done.

Description of Work: They were quick, reasonably priced, and punctual. Very professional- even wore shoe coverings in my house as to not get my house dirty. Will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Peace of Mind plumbers came to my home to repair leaking pipes in my upstairs bathroom that was causing water to leak in my grandson's bedroom. They were prompt, courteous and professional from the start. Because the fixtures were so old they were not able to find replacement parts. They were able to stop the leaking but cautioned us that it was only a temporary fix and to be prepared to change these fixtures soon. I was very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Without question, I would use Peace of Mind in the future. Michael came to my house the day prior to give an estimate.He and his assistant arrived punctually, assessed the clogged drain issue and fixed it with apparent experience andprofessionalism. It subsequently became apparent that the sump pump was not working. It was replaced, at adiscount, very efficiently. The site was completely cleaned upon completion. It was a pleasure to meet them andbe able to rest assured the plumbing problems were guaranteed fixed.

Description of Work: We called Peace of Mind for an estimate because our bathtub-pipes sprung a leak Monday morning at 9am and needed repair asap. He and my husband were able to meet at the house. Mike was punctual, professional and courteous during the estimate. My husband was impressed with his knowledge of the problem at hand and with his customer service skills. In the end, we didn't go with his estimate, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others because of his professionalism and customer service.

Description of Work: My house is quite old... but I love it. When Mike came in to give an estimate on some work, he saw that the pipes were corroded and starting to develop pin hold leaks. He showed me his concern and explained it all to me... a couple of times!!! He made several suggestions and gave me multiple options. There was no pressure and he even encouraged me to "just think about it for awhile and get other inputs." WOW... Mike and Jordan came on time and went right to work. They are so very professional. They did such a terrific job... my basement looks better than it ever did. Description of Work: As an out-of-area owner, I was nervous about choosing a plumber I didn't know to take care of my tenants' plumbing issues. Mike responded immediately to my phone calls, was prompt in providing his services, and was pleasant to deal with overall. The fee for services rendered was fair and the discount given was a bonus! I would definitely do business with him again in the future! Highly professional, and cares about his clients.

Description of Work: Mike came to my house in Fair Lawn, 28-19 Rutgers Terrace, for free estimate and identify the problem with the leakage from bathtub. He spent about 2 hours trying to understand the problem and explain it to me. He did not ask for any money spending 2 hours. Is that possible with any plumber? No, it is not. Because I never saw in my live meeting different contractors a such high-level professional, intelligent, friendly, and passionate man who invested so many efforts trying to help customer without asking for money. Definitely, I will pay for all his efforts after I decide to do the job. But now I'm extremely impressed. I know it for sure that if I need to do any plumbing work in my house or house of my friend and relatives, the only choice is Mike. The best ever. Description of Work: I called Mike after finding him on Angie's List and I will definitely call him for all future plumbing work. He was extremely professional, pleasant, courteous and efficient. He did work on my boiler, replaced a faucet and drain on a sink and replaced a connection to the main water pipe coming out of my water meter. If you need to have plumbing work done, you cannot go wrong with Mike. Don't wait to call him, though. He is very popular and his schedule can fill up quickly.
