KEEP IT GREEN LANDSCAPING is a good company and I continue to use their services.

The owner Dyle came out on March 24th and we told him that we wanted our lawn redone because it was dead and some lawn put in the backyard, we told him that we were putting up a fence and doing a patio, he said that he does all landscaping so he made an appointment to come out and speak to me and my husband about what we could do with our yard, he said instead of doing a fence that we could do a living fence for half the cost and have a patio using flagstone that budget for the whole project he said would be $5,000 so we did not have that big of a budget so he left and me and my husband discussed about using $5,000 for this and we agreed on it, I called Dyel back the next day and said ok, we can do the $5,000 he came out on March 24th to go over stuff and pick out Mulch because he was fixing the beddings in front of my house also, so we went over everything and he said that he needed a 10% deposit of the job to hold us a spot so we gave him $1,000 and I asked him when it would be that this project would be started he said about the middle of April so I said ok, he was going to make up the design plans and come back so we could approve them and then work would be started well needless to say I did not hear back from him until APRIL 24th, his office assistant called me and said Dyle would like to meet with us to go over the plans so we set a date for Friday April 30th. On April 30th I received a phone call from his assistant telling me that he has to cancel he is going to be late on a job, mind you I received this call at 1:00 in the afternoon, so I was quite upset, the next time he came over was May 10th, he comes in with pencil drawings on along piece of paper and says well this is what we can do, the trees are going to eat up your whole budget and to do the job it is going to cost $10,000 I could not believe what I was hearing in the more than 6 weeks that we started this he could not call me and tell me that the $5,000 was not going to be enough, mind you this is the owner of the company who said he has been doing this for 30 years, we needed 28 trees so he wanted to charge us $178.00 a tree when at the nursery they cost $40 for a 6" Arborvitae tree, then he says well he has to insure the tree and have people put them in, I can understand that but that is a pretty big profit, so then he says well we can finance the rest for you I said no way he knew or budget and he let more than 6 weeks go by and then this, and also he told me to remove the 2 high retaining wall I had around my house which we did and got rid of because he was going to make them raised beddings, so needless to say I have no wall and no landscaper yet and it is now the middle of May, he just figured well it late in the season now and they are just going to say yes, beware of this company do not use if don?t want to be disappointed, I was in tears after he left I could not believe what happened and how long he stringed us along, and also he refunded us our money and kept a $100

They did a pretty good job. They have neglected a small little part on the side of the house. I called them twice and still have yet to hear back. The job was done beautifully though. The lawn looks nice.
