I called them them to replace the fuse in my generator after an electrical storm had damaged it. I knew the fuse was busted because my next door neighbor had an identical issue from the same storm. The electrician came out, inspected the generator and left without making any repairs. I got a bill for a $250 service visit and a call telling me I needed to replace the fuses in my generator which would require an additional $125 service call + $25 for parts. Either they are inept or deliberately trying to rip me off with multiple unnecessary service visits, either way I would avoid.

The entire team at Hanrahan did a great job when it came to my generator install. There was constant communication, competitive pricing and best of all they had everything in stock, when many other places don’t, and got the job done quickly and without any trouble. Highly recommended

I filled out an inquiry form on the Generac website. K. Hanrahan was one of the vendors listed in my area. I looked at their website and found out they are the largest Generac dealer and their credentials were very impressive. I made an appointment and Kevin came to the house and detailed the cost and process of the installation. Never once did he apply any pressure. I was very impressed with him and decided to use his company. Very rarely does a company perform as well as their reputation. In K. Hanrahan's case, they performed well above expectations. The installation was done flawlessly and in less time they had anticipated. Kevin took the time to review all functions of the generator and the maintenance procedures. Bottom line is that I am thrilled that I used them and would not hesitate recommending them to anybody considering a new generator.

Everything from start to finish was great. They came for an initial quote within a couple of days of me contacting them, and after I received the proposal, they answered my many questions quickly. Once I signed the contract the generator was installed about 2 weeks later. They handled all of the permits and got the town inspectors to sign off on everything. They were professional and left everything in great shape once they left. Would definitely recommend them.
