+ -1 moreJPL Construction was wonderful!!! They were always on time and completed the project in the time frame allotted. Orginally my main concern was the dust and mess that I would be left with, as I was 9 months pregnant. John assured me that there would be minimal mess. John was absolutely correct! When I arrived home after work, there was absolutely no mess whatsoever. I wouldn't have known that they were even here. Nothing was disrupted at all. There was no dust or mess whatsoever. The Central Air is working GREAT!!! The house is so comfortable during these hot days!! The system is so quiet!! It is so much better than having window air conditioners in making so much noise and losing light! JPL Construction does great quality work for a reasonable price and he is a pleasure to work with! They are very trustworthy!!

+ -1 moreEverything went well. It was a pleasure working with John and Ryan. All the work was completed as stated and they could not have been nicer. I plan on using them in the future and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Replace the condenser to a seer rating of 16 seer. It was outside and set it on a heavy duty plastic pad. Replaced the disconnect and electrical whip that powers the unit. New refrigeration lines and covered them. New air handler in the attic also set on a heavy duty goliath pan with a built float switch. The new blower was moved towards the right side of the attic so the unit would be centered in the opening. This allows for easier maintenance and service. A new switch and whip for the electric that powers the air handler. A built in float switch was wired so in case of a clog the unit will shut down so to prevent any water leaking. Duct work was modified and retrofitted to fit the existing duct work. Flexes were replaced in the attic. New Plenums were installed in the air handler.
