Charlie and his wife are an amazing team! I had been wanting to replace my 12 year old Samsung that was mounted in our family room. It was old and the mount looked messy with exposed wires behind the set. I called Charlie after reading the great reviews he had received. Charlie is a very friendly guy and was super easy to talk to. He and his wife stopped by 2 days later after wrapping up a job. He and his wife looked at the situation,saw my new tv and blue ray and gave me an extremely fair quote. I told him I would be in touch as soon as we put a new entertainment center up. I text him on a Monday night right before getting hit with a snowstorm. Once the storm passed, Charlie came back to do the work. Charlie and Laurie were super nice. They asked my wife and I questions on where we wanted the set and the exact height we wanted the set hung at on the wall. They got right to work and did a fantastic job of placing everything where we wanted it. They even did a super job of cleaning as they worked. Even when Charlie thought we hit a roadblock inside the wall with a blockage, he found a way to maneuver around it. Charlie was so nice,he even carried my old larger set out to the curb for me.I couldn't do it after having back surgery. I was really impressed. They did great work and set up the settings on the tv for me. Hooked the router for the internet back up and made the wires in the wall look so neat and clean. Exceptional workmanship and were great to talk to. My wife and I spoke to them the whole time which was probably interrupting their work lol,but they kept doing the work while chatting back with us. On top of that, once they left, my Kids wanted to watch an old dvd. Of course I was having a problem and eventually called Charlie for help. He was already at home,but spent a solid 20 minutes on the phone with me trying to guide me thru the issue. After still having problems, Charlie and his wife left their home and came back again. Mind you this was a Sunday evening at 5PM! Charlie remedied the problem in 2 minutes and my Kids were cheering for them as they you watch their dvd lol. I will DEFINITELY have them back for my work in the future. Thanks so much for the great work and for being such great people.

Charlie was great very patient he spent a lot of time helping me making suggestions even before I committed to go with him. He genuinely wanted to help. He purchased the equipment answered all my questions and installed the equipment.

I'm leaving this review because of his honesty. He told me that instead of running the ethernet cables I should get a component from Verizon to boost the signal in other areas of the house. His honesty is greatly appreciated and his suggested solution worked

Excellent responsiveness and top notch quality work!

First of all, Charlie and his wife worked within my schedule to get it done the night before Thanksgiving. I'm very thankful for that. He phoned me several days leading up to the install date to make sure we had all the equipment delivered. They arrived on time, took great care with the TV, double and triple checked to make sure it was going exactly where I wanted it to, and installed it perfectly. They also re-ran the cable wire from my cable box in the basement directly to the tv. Finally they set up all the remotes and programmed the TV, and made sure I understood how everything works. All in all, an excellent transaction and I would happily use them again.

Everything went well. Couldn 't ask for anything more. Charlie is a knowledgeable and professional person. Would use his service again. Prices are fair.

I initially contacted the service provider by email. Response was quick. Service Provider gave me an initial quote and offered suggestions for the proper mounting hardware. Service Provider agreed to arrive at a scheduled time and arrived within 5 minutes of designated time. Installation was clean and professional. I would use this service provider again and recommend them to others. They are not the lowest cost provider but pricing was fair for the time and effort.

Charlie has helped me a couple of times now and each time his price was fair and he did a great job. He's very responsive and punctual. I would recommend Charlie and will use him again in the future.

I contacted Charlie on a Thursday and he offered to arrive on Saturday to assess multiple issues associated with our home communications cabinet. Charlie arrived at scheduled time and surveyed issues with our home communications network. Within 30 minutes he had determined work scope and multiple options to remedy existing issues. Within a total of two hours, Charlie had rectified our WiFi signal issues/mapped out the location of 7 LAN connections and greatly improved wireless speed/performance for our computers/Apple TV/cell phones. Charlie was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I would definitely use Hometronics for any future work.

I will say up front that while I can usually follow installation instructions have very little patience for setting-up electronics. You can call your cable provider, but I found that they will propose to take the easiest route, like drilling thru the floor, instead of running thru the wall and making it look ecstatically pleasing. I contacted the business owner (Charlie) who promptly returned my call inquiring about my job to add a new smart TV in my living room. The job required that an additional cable line be installed. He set up an appointment to come by and access what would be needed. Since we were running the cable line from the basement, which has a drop ceiling, the ceiling tiles needed to be moved to allow access to the wall above. Additionally we discussed placement of the TV (mount to the wall or stand). Ultimately I choose to just place the TV on a stand. The cable line install and TV set-up went smoothly. Upon his arrival to run the cable, I also asked if he would also relocate and set-up a new internet router. No problem at all. He installed the router and called the internet provider tech support when it would not automatically provide the IP address. This is important for me because I frequently work from home so rely on being able to have a reliable connection. For the TV install, he set up the TV without any issues, but more importantly, took a few minutes to walk me thru TV menu since every TV is just a bit different. He also made sure my other smart TV was working, since I guess that sometimes adding a new set-top box causes your internet to be reconfigured and the other TV needed to be re-booted. If you want to get your electronics set-up quickly & and easily, I recommend working with HomeTronics.

My interactions with Charlie from initial contact to the end of the work work being done was seamless. We did a consultation first so he can see what we needed done. he was very detailed on how the work was to be done and gave several options with full explanation. The work done was very clean and he made sure that we were involved in every step.

I have used Hometronics several times for services. They do clean work and take pride in it. Good people to deal with.

Charlie quickly addressed the problem I was having with my Marantz receiver that had recently been repaired. The universal remote was not working to turn the components on and off after the repair was made. The repair shop updated some software and reset some items so the remote control did not work like it did before the repair. The receiver had to be reset to recognize the components. I also had Charlie set up a different VHS player to replace one that stopped working. Charlie was able to fix these items quickly and get everything working the way it was before. He determined by sub woofer was not hooked up which I had not noticed. He also was able to get my center speaker working which was not functioning properly from the original set up ten years ago. He did a great job. I would definitely use him again.

I could not be happier with the work Charlie did in our home. We've had TVs mounted for years and what I found most impressive was the care taken to really make the wiring/conduit look like part of the home. Well worth the money.

I tried to fix it myself in the morning. Went on angles list, found Charlie and called. He came that afternoon and troubleshot the system until he got it working for us. Its a very old system that should be replaced soon, but he really spent the time to get it working decently (and in some aspects better than before).

He was able to eliminate the receiver and hdmi cable as potential causes of the problem and narrowed it down to the tv. He then installed a new tv we bought and gave us lots of good advice along the way.

Charilie the owner came over within 1/2 hour. It was great timing. He had the flat screen down in 2 seconds flat. He also removed the mounting. He helped me prop the tv on the chair, so I could continue watching the tv in the living room since I am not moving for two more weeks. Charlie is one of a kind. A real good guy. He even helped this poor old lady to move my table out onto the curb. I recommend him highly.

Husband and wife team. Gave me right advice to buys a new TV. Mounting the old TV would have wasted a lot of time. Once I bought the new TV, mounted it ion the wall and hooked up all equipment and connections. Overall, did a great job.
