They are polite, use high quality materials and are very knowledgeable. The only issue is that their voicemail is full so I cannot leave a message for them when they ask me to call.

The job was done just as I was told very nice and professional crew.

I had an appointment for them to come last Saturday between 8 and 10 am. No one showed up until 10, fortunately I got someone when I called their office and they said someone would come in another 30 mintues or so. The person who showed did not know what he was doing; he ended up blowing up the pressure valves. when he left he said we have to schedule an appointment with the service tech who will get us an estimate. I said we used it all summer and you blew it up; I saw it happen. He said it is a small fix, juts 2 screws to be tightened and it should not cost more than 7 dollars each. We tried reaching the office to schedule the service tech apt but we could not reach anyone. The following Monday I called office and left a message for their service lead; I was told he would call me back the following day. I called again on Tuesday and was again told I would get a call back. later in the day I got a call back and I updated the service lead about what had happened. he said I should talk to the technician when he comes over. He also scheduled the appointment for the following Saturday from 2 to 4pm. I called the office again on Wednesday to confirm and they said we were scheduled for Saturday. Come Saturday no one shows up; I call the office and their service number and leave 3 or 4 messages. Noone showed up nor have called me so far - it is sunday morning. just frustrated with the overall experience. UPDATE: Finally George came as scheduled this following week; he was very knowledgeable and winterized my system without having to fix the broken Backflow valve; he left it to us to decide when to fix it. the person who came in the first place did not know that there was another way to winterize. it would have saved me a trip from Delaware and would also have the cost the company less if he had been better trained. It really depends on who gets assigned to your job. George is definitely the person you want to go with if you decide to choose this company.

It took a while to get the installation started but once it was done it was done quickly. Had one unexpected leak which was repaired the next day. Very satisfied with the finished product.

The technician, Jerome, was fantastic. I’m new to the home so he showed me how my system is laid out and what zone was which. Showed me where a break in my system is that will have to be repaired come spring. They were quick to schedule me an appointment for this winterization that worked with my schedule. The technician showed during the 2 hour window I was given. I was happy with the service and the cost. I have an 8 zone system.

Scheduling the installation to begin or be completed was not a pleasant experience but the installation itself went quiet smoothly. The lawn was left in very good condition after the pipe was installed. The equipment they use leaves little to no evidence of any actual trenching.

The crew showed up early and got to work right away. They never stopped working and they explained everything they were doing. They just left and the grounds are clean and picked up and other than a little mud (to be expected) the system is up and running like promised. You won't be sorry if you hire Greg Tanzer.

The tech, Paul, was great to work with. He did a super job. Had a bit of trouble with communications with the main office.

Very helpful and attentive. The field rep Always picked up the phone and made time on weekends. I want home but my wife said the installation was quick and neat and professional. We had a few adjustments to the system which they did quickly and for no additional charge. The office rep was quick to answer messages and made scheduling a breeze.
