After using a few lawn sprinkler companies that are more interested in charging, i found Tanzer Sprinklers. They work with you on what is broken, are great at following up, and arrive when scheduled. Highly recommend them

You can never reach the customer service. They never reply to your email or pick up the call. Called them over twenty times to schedule the appointment. They hide the cost and don't tell you all until you realize you would be charged more for your zones. Their pride is okay but the customer service and the way they deal business is not okay.

Tanz Irrigation terminated business in the Carolinas in March 2018 and refused to repair my irrigation pump in NC. Although I have a signed, dated contract with Tanz, Inc. for a new system installation in OCT 2017 and follow-on maintenance program, their employees failed to schedule winterization at my home despite promises to do so and calls from me. Tanz does not stand by their work or contracts. I do not recommend their services. Their service pledges are not personal nor professional.
