Showed up right when they said they would and knocked out the job in short order.

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. They did not have the parts to complete the project on the initial visit, as I have an older system but they also did not charge me for that visit. On the return visit they completed the fix and the system is now working fine. They showed up on time both times.

Service was professionally done with no upselling. He arrived on time, was courteous, he had all necessary parts and I was very satisfied.

They came on time and quickly assessed my problem. Pacific Lawn Sprinkler came for estimate and after one week still working on a quote. Use Greg Tanzer instead. They came and fixed the same day. Service guy was courteous and professional. Will recommend and use them going forward.

They were prompt, efficient in the completion of the work but the craftsmanship was lacking. Not an unsatisfactory experience but not one I would rave about either.

This was a complete success in every way. The price was nearly 4 times less than the first price we had been quoted by another expert. The installation went smoothly and professionally, even though half of it was done in the pouring rain. We now have sprinklers that mist, some that throw water 10 feet, and others that do it 30 feet. Some turn 360 degrees, others 90 degrees. A fancy timer controls everything. Our water-softening system was easily bypassed. Completely satisfied and highly recommended.
