Greg Tanzer Sprinklers

Sorry I forgot the technician name but the service technician went out of his way to get my sprinkler system up and running would highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Greg Tanzer Sprinklers was great from beginning to end. The salesman was very well informed and helpful in explaining how to best design the system. The crew who installed were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Could not be happier.

Response was quick, ease of setting up an appointment was great and the techs were fantastic.

When I spoke to joe to make the appointment I had informed him to let the technician know to give me a 15 mins heads up prior to coming. The Guy didnt. I was in the shower when the guy arrived and my mom who doesnt speak english opened the door and the guy just went off on her. He said stuff like I dont have time to wait, i have better things to do. When I came down he was nice to me and I had no idea what had transpired between him and my mom. Once he finished the job and left my mom told me what happened and i was furious. If i knew he spoke like that to my mom I would have told him to not do any work on the house. Work was quick, demeanor was terrible

Good service also with time / money

Showed up exactly on time, at the beginning of our 2 hour window. Guys did good work winterizing the system and IDing a cut in a hose in my backyard. I just have difficulty with the $80 for 10 minutes worth of work. But I know the saying, "it costs that much because the company knows what they're doing and I don't". I'd recommend them and will be using them again in the spring.

Jorge came just after 8 a.m. on a promised 8 to 10 service appt. Very surprised at the punctuality, but very pleased. He immediately evaluated what had to be done to winterize my drip irrigation system and successfully did it. I will hire Tanzer's service again next year. Jorge is polite and knowledgeable.

The technician is prompt. They arrived earlier before the appointment and waited until I gt home Very good service. Technician is very polite and knowledgeable. The price is very reasonable. I hired them again to maintain my sprinkler system.

I didn't get a realistic estimate for the repairs needed, so did not complete the repair, but had the sprinkler head capped instead...

I rated Tanzer sprinklers after the install and noticed it was only a 4.5!!! My mistake for the stars...They are a 5.0....Thank you again. My lawn is outstanding..

I would like to praise the entire staff of the Gregg Tanzer Team for the speed and professionalism with which they came and installed a new sprinkler system. The work took 2.5 hours, and they really kept the lawn looking great (you could barely tell that work was done after they finished). After they were finished, they explained step by step and showed how each zone sprays and works. A special kudos to James Scarmazzo who was very professional and knowledgeable, throughout the entire process. We highly recommend to anyone looking to install a sprinkler system!

I've used home advisor many times. Greg Tanzer Sprinklers is amazing. John called me many times. Returned every phone call within minutes. When the Tanzer crew arrived at my home and started trenching my perfect grass I thought I made the biggest mistake of my life..a few hours later..I said to myself, is this for real? I have a sprinkler system in my home. The before and after photos are amazing!!! As promised. John said, "when we are finished, you won't even know we were here, and you will say Wow".
