Klod has definitely done a great job. He is always punctual, and also explain all technical details clearly to us. It's a very pleasant work with him, and we will definitely recommend Klod for this type of project.

The work went well. As with any remodeling project, there are always hidden obstacles that only become evident after the walls and floor are opened up. Klod and his crew addressed these and made very effort to accommodate us. Because this is our only full bath, he did his best to make sure we had a shower to use as quickly as possible. We are very happy with the final product and appreciate all the communication from Klod every step of the way.

It went very well, we wanted to keep our kitchen granulated countertop as an outdoor tabletop and have been told by multiple professionals in this area that chances of removing the countertop without damages were slim to none. Arrow company staff knew what they were doing, functioned as if they had originally placed that stone themselves and knew exactly how to delicately remove the stone and place it on outdoor table. In addition, they had a good understanding of what changes we wanted to make to our kitchen and delivered as planned, the company is clearly experienced and staff are professional and easy to work with. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommended it to anyone looking for excellent service.

The project went very well. Klod went with me to pick out the counter top and the backsplash, his expertise is really helpful when you are trying to pick out the right materials and styles. As expected from my previous experience Klod is really trustworthy, very neat, assures that the place is kept as clean as possible even in the middle of major work. He is also just an all around nice guy to work with. I would use him again whenever I have home improvement work.

Very well. There was a lot that needed to be done and Klod was very forthcoming about all that needed to be done that was not anticipated before the condition of the bathroom was known. Very trustworthy, Klod takes the complete control of the job and is present throughout the job himself. He made sure that he cleaned up so there was no big mess at the end. We discussed possibilities for the type of tile, floor, vanity, etc. and he has a lot of suggestions for what looks good. He ALWAYS showed up when he said he would. He accepted additional requests from me when I asked for a back splash for example that was not requested at the beginning of the job. He is very considerate and tried to minimize the disruption to my life. All in all, a very nice guy to work with, and very careful to do everything correctly.

Klod (the owner of Arrow) did a terrific job rebuilding my deck. The quality of his work is excellent. Equally important is his complete professionalism. He showed up when promised, and worked diligently. He cleaned up completely after each visit, and kept me informed regarding the progress of the job. I could not be more pleased with both the quality of his work and his attitude. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Excellent!! Klod was efficient and worked quickly while providing a thorough and meticulous job. Arrow Home Improvement & Repair is a great company to hire for all house repairs and projects. I highly recommend Klod and his team for helping me complete many projects inside and outside of the house. Klod is very professional and works very hard in making the customer happy with the finished product. He works very hard and fast in completing the projects on time. He was able to transform the front and back decks into useable space where my family is able to use from sun up to sun down. He was also able to work quickly and precisely inside the house with transforming the bedroom entrance ways and closets into a work of art. Arrow Home Improvement should be at the top of every homeowners’ list in selecting someone to work in your house.

I have no words to express how grateful I was to have Klod do this job. He knew I was under a deadline to open within the month. He literally gave the entire place a facelift and was even done before the estimated time. He was courteous, reasonable, and professional. He came gave me a professional estimate, guarantees his work and even took me to the stores to purchase the materials. They don't make craftsmen like this any more. He is extremely meticulous, super clean, and takes such pride in the work he does. I literally needed: Demolition work done (remove a wall & put up a new one); I needed tiling done in the entry way and bathrooms; He created a storefront retail space for me (including shelving); He installed hardwood flooring throughout the 1,500 square feet; He painted the entire space; Installed doors (wood and glass); The most major thing he did was created an entire Iyengar Wall addition to the space (one entire wooden wall was installed with the brackets to do inversions). This wall is so secure that we can literally hang 10 adults off the walls; and He installed shelves and lighting fixtures. I was so desperate for this to work because I had old space was completely flooded. He literally helped me save my business. He worked tiredlessly and got this transformation done in less than 15 days. I recommend him to EVERYONE.

Demolition of old shed. Cement platform done by mason. Constructed a wooden shed dimenstons 13 feet by 18 feet with a door and window. Siding to match my home along with shutters, matching my home.

I actually made an appointment with the contractor through a different website because that's where I found his company. I was already leery about hiring a contractor because with the last one, the crew was confused about the work instructions from their owner for pouring in a concrete pad for the washer and dryer and replacing the utility tub. Because of this experience, I thought about having the work done around my house in a piecemeal fashion. So I ventured to have the painting job done first. Klod went out of his way to provide me with an estimate in the evening because of my working hours. I initially was going to retain him for just the painting job, but I decided to take a chance and added everything else to that I needed to be done. Wow, Klod has an exquisite attention to detail in all the work that he did for me. He was responsive to my phone calls and kept me abreast of the work that was being done. His workmanship exceeded my expectations, and his pricing was reasonable given all the things I had him do. He even pointed out things that I would never have noticed! He obviously takes pride in his work and he knows his stuff very well by the way he explains things. I'm just glad things were done right. I wish I had found him earlier for the concrete pad.

Many odd jobs around the house,

I recently moved and had a number of odd jobs to be done around my home. Arrow promptly called to set up a time to see the work to be done and provide an estimate. They followed up to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly. Arrow provided a reasonable estimate and set up appointment to do the work. They called prior to coming over and worked quickly but carefully. Payment was by the hour but I never felt like the time was being prolonged in order to charge more as can sometimes happen. Klod did the work personally and was very pleasant to work with. He made sure I was satisfied with each job before moving to the next. I was working from home and had to take conference calls while he was working, but as long as I provided direction on what needed to be done, Klod was good to go on his own. I would definitely recommend this company to others and would use again. Reasonably priced, good work and no unnecessary drama.

Not only did Klaud do a fabulous job, he gave some great suggestions of how to improve my garage. He was easy to work with, prompt, thorough and did a great job.

Klod and team did an excellent job installing a laminate floor in a large & awkward shaped space. It was a very fair & reasonable price, the workmanship was thorough and precise and the attitude excellent. I wouldnt hesitate to use him again

Klod came promptly on the day we scheduled, and he replaced the ceiling sheet rock in the damaged sections, applied 3 coats of plaster and two coats of paint. The job was completed in two days. He cleaned up very well, and we were very happy overall with the job.

I contacted Arrow on 3/23, was provided with an estimate on 3/23 and the job was completed on 3/25 by the owner and his helper. Arrow purchased and supplied the materials and delivered them to the job site. The work was done promptly, professionly and efficiently. Clean up was immaculate. I certainly would use Arrow again and am actually contemplating using them for an interior flooring project I have in mind.

The work was done in a very professional manner. The expectation on how and when the job would be completed was provided upfront which ensured there were no surprises. I was so impressed by the work that I gave Klod other jobs like tile replacement and repairing and reinstalling the vent exhaust fan. These additional jobs were completed on time and to my satisfaction.
