Description of Work: They went over the entire roof, gutters, all possible points of entry for flying squirrels, sealed them off with wire mesh, left one opening for the animals inside to exit ( a one-way out trap). When the squirrel noises continued, they returned the next day and closed even more minute points of entry to resolve the flying squirrel in the attic problem. Promised to come back throughout the year if they ever returned. So far so good! Big relief to get rid of the flying squirrels without glue traps.

Description of Work: When the father ran the business, the service was great - professional, punctual. They knew what they were doing. Dad isn't in the business. The son didn't show up when he was supposed to, wouldn't answer the phone. Eventually when he did show up (after being threatened on the phone) he went into my attack, threw down some pellets, pulled up the insulation and never showed up again (although I had paid for a year's contract). He was unprofessional and rude. My neighbors also used him and found out the same thing.

+ -1 moreTHEY DIDN'T RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS AND DIDN'T SHOW UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. THIS WENT ON THIS WAY UNTIL I WAS ABLE TO GET THE TECHNICIAN'S CELL PHONE NUMBER AND THEN THINGS WERE TAKEN CARE OF. WE HAD A YEAR LONG CONTRACT WITH THEM.
Description of Work: THEY TOOK CARE OF THE RODENTS AND BURROWING ANIMALS IN THE AREA. THEY PUT DIFFERENT TYPES OF BAITS OUT.
