Description of Work: New roof for House and garage. Salesman (Frank) was pleasant and professional. After that it was all downhill. While most of the roof installation seems to be done well enough, there were a few problems that I had a hard time getting them to correct (excessive overhang, missing or mangled drip edge). After waiting weeks for them to return, when they arrived they argued over re-work that had been agreed to earlier. did a lousy job on there-work and did not complete it because they did not bring the materials they needed. I was so angry when they left I won't let them back on the property. Also, they made a total mess of the house and yard. There were black tar marks all over the white stucco house and trim. pieces of shingle, trim, grit and nails were everywhere. They made some effort to contain the mess with tarps, but it was totally ineffective. We swept up many pounds of grit and collected 20 nails from the Driveway alone. Many shrubs were damaged (I pointed this out and asked for $50 credit, which they gave - it should have been much more). It's a couple of months later and I'm still picking up the mess. BBB accredited - not true - I just checked the BBB website GAF Master Elite - Can't understand why
