He put all new rollers on and replaced a broken hinge. Checked to make sure the garage door was working properly. He came on time and was professional. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased an angie's list special for $89 for a garage door tune-up and replacement of rollers. There was some miscommunication with the appointment, but the professional and quick service more than made up for it. The technician was very knowledgable and provided great service. I would highly recommend US Doors and will use them in the future for any maintenance or repairs needed.

The company was in contact with me very quickly and dispatched someone to me the same day they called me back. The technician that came out was very friendly and informative. He worked quickly and was very clean. We were very happy with the service provided.

This is a large double door has a centrally mounted tension spring, I dont have those large slinkys on either side. For some reason, he had to move the spring off center. He assured me that spring could be anywhere in line. He banged on the wall to look for a stund and just mounted the spring. I pointed out to him that he mounted it too high. and now the rod that the spring was mounted to was bowed in the center which would insure its ultimate doom. He looked at me like i was complaining about an asthetic issue. So off it came he remounted it. When i questioned the new location he said, well you didnt want it where i put it before. I explained that it wasnt what i wanted, it was too high and threw the bar that transfers the spring tension to the ends, way out of alignment. Eventually, he got it going and it seems like it is working well. I had just painted the garage a few months ago and he got a lot of greasy handprints on the wall above the spring. I asked him early on to clean the wall but he didn't. I know he was frustrated with how it was going. He ended up working way harder than he should have and while it wasnt his fault, it wasnt mine either. I know nothing about garage door mechanics. I really felt for him because i have been up a ladder with tools in my hand and had a simple job turn south real fast. But the topper was somthing i discovred later. An open end wrench is shoved into the ceiling wall board right next to where he was working. How the heck did that get there? $90 is not a lot of money at all to have a garage door guy come out and replace the wheels and tension the spring but unfortunatley this turned into a bit of a mess not of my making.. To his credit, i am sure he wanted to tell me to go pound sand but he kept his cool in dealing with me, but it wasn't a very positive experience for either of us. I am sure 99 out of 100 jobs go just fine for him but next time, i'll find someone else.

We were very lucky because he was in the area. I just emailed them my telephone number and they were able to come right away. They were about 10 minutes away from me. They are very efficient and super go with that. They answered a lot of questions. They were offering other jobs to be done. He explained it well to us but we didn't go for it because he's already repaired stuff. He's very good. They were pretty good. He came in as I was told they will be in. He was professional. Based on the kind of job that they did, I will use them again.

Mike was fantastic. After buying the Angie's List deal, Mike quickly contacted me and mad an appointment for the next day. He showed up, supplied the contracted for service, noted that 1 of my 2 doors had a defect(which I had recently seen but not realized how bad it was) and then fixed the defect. Mike was very professional and very personable. My doors now work faster and more quietly. I am thrilled with this supplier.

The service seemed fine, but I think the problem is that a man would have known it to be because they were only here a few minutes. Everything was fine. I appreciated that. They came out a very short time before that I thought. It was a very little time between the actual online purchase and service itself. I only paid the $89 Big Deal. The price was fair enough. If it would have been more, they would have done something a little bit more. I think the price was more than what I needed. The garage works as far as I am concerned not that I have seen it in the last two months. I have not been able to get near it with the snow. So, I do not know how it held up in the last month-and-half with all the snow, but I believe it to be good. Their responsiveness was great. I thought the service was worth it. I think I would use them again in the future if I had a problem.

Initial visit by a representative of the company did not go as expected. When the owner heard about our experience he contacted us immediately and came immediately to perform all that was needed and beyond. The owner, Mike, was courteous, conscientious and very professional.

I originally bought a deal they had on the website for one door. After they came in for evaluation they reviewed our concerns and provided their recommendation. Our biggest concern was isolating the garage as much as possible. They recommended the best doors for the job and made sure we are aware of all the possibilities, features and costs. I was working with Tavor that was super communicative and making sure we are always on the same page. He sent his guys in the day of the installation. they were just fantastic, professionals and left a clean garage after them. Today morning I was delighted to walk into my isolated garage! Great job, really happy I picked you guys.

The reason i gave them a B is because . I purchased the angies list special that said roller replacement and tune up. when the service provider arrived he said it was a roller replacement and safety inspection. so i was disappointed in that aspect. the gentleman that came was very professional and polite. However i found the heading of the special extremely misleading.

They did a great job. They did exactly what they said they would. We were very happy with them. There was no mess. They came and did it and left.

I purchased the deal. I gave them dates. I have not heard anymore from them.

They came out and told me that I don't need a new garage door opener-- I just needed a new battery in my garage door opener. He checked the whole system out and said everything looks pretty good. It was nice that they were so honest about everything.

The service went okay. I paid an additional fee for extra repairs. I did feel like I was being uphold. I also had them make repairs on 2 doors. They were very responsive and came out the same day I purchased the deal. One technician came out and completed the job in about 1 hour. He did a good job.

We went from "thinking about replacing" our garage doors, to Angie's List "Big Deal," to both doors and openers replaced in less than a week. The Deal came at the right time, and the All US Doors team couldn't have been nicer or quicker to respond to any of our questions. They came over next day to talk about what we'd like and discuss the upgrade options for the doors; they even offered to do the job the next day! The gentleman who did the majority of the work was professional and walked us through programming our new remotes. This process could not have been better, and, thanks to the deal and this team, we saved anywhere from $600-$800 from previous estimates we received from other vendors. Thank you again!

My garage door spring broke, I gave all u.s call, and they came withing 30 min they replace my broken spring and were neet and left the job site very clean very pleased!! I highly recommend this outstanding Garage Door company!

The provider was on time and performed the service as requested. Although the door still squeaks, it was explained to me that the reason is due to the spring, but the door is alighned properly and the squeak does not effect the operation.
