The job was done excellently and in a timely manner. I found this company to be honest and customer focus, with the goal of a job well done and a satisfied customer. I am very pleased with the beauty and quality of the doors. Mr Tavor explained how the doors works and set up security entrance key pad. But most of all, it was a pleasure to work with a true professional, and one with good bedside manners (good people skills). He answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Mr Tavor and his company. I actually interviewed two other garage doors company before choosing this one. Best choice!!!!

The job was done right and on time but I essentially consider myself being conned / scammed. I paid $420 for the job that should?ve cost $200-$220. Make sure you read this article from Angie's list (unfortunately I read it too late ?. only in time to leave this feedback and to warn the others) : [weblink removed] What the article says is pretty much anyone who is charging you more than around $200 is ripping you off: ?no matter the size of the spring, experts say homeowners should be leery of a company charging more than around $200 to replace the springs?. And do more research on Angie's list and you?ll find lots of facts and confirmations to this statement. The entire job takes under ½ hour for a qualified individual and the replacements parts (a pair of torsion springs) come at around $50. Even figuring in travel time to the customer site it shouldn?t be more than a $200 job. Mike from ?AllUSdoors? responded to my Angie's list inquiry very fast. After I described to him what I needed to get done ? replacing both torsion springs on my garage door he told me that I?d be better off buying a ?complete? package which included all different sort of things such as replacing pulleys, rollers, etc. And he quoted me a price of $275-295, which based on my fairly quick research even though I thought was a bit off but was still fairly reasonable. And considering that he offered to get it done the same day I agreed. When he arrived on site he called me and said that what I have is completely different from what he expected to see (I wonder what did he expected to see) and that now I?d have to pay $420. I agreed only because he was already there and I didn?t want to look for anybody else and possibly have to wait another day or two. This reminds me of a widely spread scam with local moving companies thugs when they quote you one price to which you agree, then they load your furniture on truck, drive it to your target destination and then tell you a completely different price for a myriad of different reasons: they underestimated the effort, they used more packing material, etc? And a good foreman actually prides himself on the ability to do that - to squeeze more money than the initial estimate. Later on Mike called me and we had a couple follow-up conversations where he was trying to find any explanation possible. He was telling me that 1) the article only says that that article guy is charging $225, everybody else is charging $500-600; that?s wrong ? the article explicitly says that $200 is how much it should cost, and that anybody who is charging you $500-600 is ripping you off 2) that the article guy replaced just one (1) spring; that?s also wrong ? the article talks about replacing both(2) springs, absolutely common sense and a common thing to do in a field; 3) that my garage door is a 2 car garage door and it?s a one car garage door in the article; wrong again 4)that he/Mike gave me a better quality spring, with blue coating and a 5 year warranty and it costs more; wrong again, my previous ?regular? spring served me for over 11 years just fine before it broke; 5) that NY/NJ prices are different from FL; well, quite possible and only because people are being over charged.

Our old garage door was in a very bad shape due to weathering for over 20 years. We had been looking for a provider who could replace the frame and the garage door. We came across this deal on the Angie's list. We made several contacts to fix a day for inspection before the installation. We then picked the installation date. The provider came on time with the required materials. He was knowledgeable and professional. It took him the entire morning to finish the job. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone who had no prior experience just like us. I have to thank Angie's List for this wonderful referral. I would also take this opportunity to thank the provider once again for a job well done. Now, we have the best looking garage door on the entire block!

Before he started, the door did not open properly and I had no way of opening the door in case of power outage. The people who installed the door never told me about the emergency release mechanism . The door now works better than new and now I have a latch release.

That went okay. I had to pay for some extras but I really expected to. There price is less than most people. I don't think there was more that they could have done and they told me about something with my garage door I didn't even know.

Rep came Fri, Aug. 21, took measurements and set up job date. For Monday 8/24 A.M, Tech came on time. Worked to completion. Cleaned up debris. Good Job!

First day was the inspection and a written estimate was provided for cost and timeline. They scheduled the work within 3 days. The work was completed on time on budget and within 2 days. 10 out of 10!

Got the Angie's List deal. When you call them, they are very responsive, but they don't always get back to you timely on their own. I'm guessing the Angie's List deal makes them very busy. Guy came out for the estimate and tried to pitch the better, more insulated door(and more expensive). i said no, and he advised that getting the 'deal' one in brown would take a couple of weeks. seems weird if they're posting a deal. Once the actual appointment was made, things went well. The guy was a little late on day of, but he traveled far. he worked pretty fast, was informative, and did good work. Finished in under 2 hours. door looks great, and he did a decent job of cleaning up afterwards. All in all, a good quality company. would use them again.

I waited for 1 1/2 hours but the provider did not show up. I tried to reach the provider using the two phone numbers available to me but could not reach a person or a recording. This was 6:30 pm so that could have been a factor.

Ordered the $649 deal on Angies List which is valid for only one door. All Us Doors recommended the higher polystyrene insulation (higher R value) since there were items in my garage which needed better protection in the winter. Cost for the upgraded doors was $785 each. After the initial online order, they responded quickly, came within a week and installed 2 doors in a few hours. Very clean job. Technician was professional and polite. He even checked my faulty garage opener sensors at no charge and gave me a good quote for fixing it. The only thing I would like is a more detailed written description of the product they upgraded me with and detailed warranty info. Overall a great job and I would recommend them to others.

Proactive service, punctual, and got it done on time. Overall a very good experience, and I'd strongly recommend this company, and this coupon for a new garage door. Some constructive criticism: i found the laborer who installed the garage door to be a bit crude (he was screaming curse words as he was performing the work). I'm no angel, but I have a young child who shouldn't hear that. Also, a minor point which was immediately fixed, but the original lock installed was broken. same laborer told me "that's how it is" but the boss sent someone the next day to fix it, and it worked as i expected it to - spring loaded. Overall, looks great, works great, and no complaints now that the work is done. Great company, and I'd ABSOLUTELY do business with them again.

They came, the first guy thought he could take the old door out, but he had some problems. Another guy came and did the removal just fine. I think it took them more than 4 hours.

It went very well and the service tech worked very quickly. He also spent an additional 10-15 minutes explaining the importance of replacing the existing torsion spring and approximate costs to do so.

They did okay. It seems to be working fine. They came out, did the work then left.

My house is old and no job is ever easy! They gave me several options for how to complete the job - and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a very well working garage door when they wee finished. Very professional and nice.

It was great. there were additional fees because I wound upgrading. He did really really good. I like there efficiency in getting it done in a day. They matched the grid to my windows. My neighbors were really impressed with the price and the quality.

Excellent!! Professional people. Did a great job removing and installing a new garage door. Cleaned up everything, took away the old door. The door looks great. Always answered my calls promptly and came when they said they would. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

The workman showed up on time and got the work done in less than an hour.

It was satisfactory. I'm happy with the results. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and did a good job. I actually upgraded to a better unit. He explained what the differences were and I was anxious to get it done and it was done properly. I have no complaints at all. I don't think I got a great bargain.

Robert the repairman was very knowlegeable and explained everything hehad to do. The doors were purchased in 1973 and were never serviced, so they were in need of repair.
