Description of Work: Paid through Angie's List for garage door roller replacement and inspection (Big Deal) Firm never contacted me so I had to contact them. The tech replaced only eight of the 10 rollers. Found one on the floor. Before this work started I stated I wanted additional work (weather seal replacement), was never contacted. Of course I would not use them again based on the experience.

Description of Work: Changed the wheels on the garage door track. I had a hard time getting the man to call me back for over a week. He would call just before he wanted to come and I wasn't home or was about to leave for a Dr. We played tag between email and phone. He said he was sorry and would refund my money, but never did.
