Description of Work: I paid $99 to have garage doors serviced because one of the panels is off track. Keypad has also been acting up. I have changed the batteries several times and it still happens. Service guy came out and basically gave opinions of what needed to be done and then sprayed WD-40 on the tracks. He also instructed me to change the batteries again in the keypad. Being that there was not much that could be done by him, he said he would refund some of the $99. Never happened. So basically I paid $99 for a WD-40 spray on the tracks.

Description of Work: Installed a new garage door... It was difficult to nail down the date with them, ad it took nearly 2 months after purchase to complete. I am very happy with the outcome though, it was worth the wait and he was done in under 2 hours on the day.

Everything from the initial estimate to the end of installation was handled professionally. The technician explained the options, the installation process and the time it will take so we can be prepare. The day of the installation start perfect, the installers show up on time, quickly remove the old door and clean the space before they install the new door. When done they took the time to explain the key pad and remote options and even setup my car button so I don't need to have a separate remote control. I will defiantly recommend All US Door!

Terrible! Did not show up on time, had to call numerous times; garage door keypad was not working when installer left; remote opener stopped working; light on motor not working. I called the company and was told by owner (?) that a keypad should have been in the box and didn't I see it??? Since I relied on the installer's expertise, how was I supposed to know? When I called back a second time I was told that the keypad was extra - no one told me I needed a new one. The owner (?) was rude and refused to commit to a time for a service call to have the problem remedied. Will never deal with this company again!!

I have some very older garage doors and all of the companies that I called said that they couldn't get them any more, and All U.S. Garage Door got the door and instead of charging me for a whole new garage door, they charged me only for replacing a section of the garage door which other companies wouldn't do either. Their price was very reasonable.
