Accomplished Chimney was able to provide repair of the chimney in a very timely manner. Their representative Adam was available for any questions. My only real concern was that I paid extra for aluminum work that should have been addressed (in my view) by the measuring and fabrication of the stainless steel chimney cap.

Used them for chimney cap repair and chimney cleaning. Very responsive. Picked up the phone right away and called before they came. The job ended up requiring a different crew but they arranged for them to come the same day so the job was finished in 1 day. I did not shop around so they may not be the cheapest price out there but I will pay more for good customer service and felt they provided that.

Excellent service true professionals

Matt and his crews did an excellent and extremely fast job replacing my old porch columns, all the gutters and down spouts on my house and chimney chase cap along with replacing all the rotted wood in the chase. They used stainless steel for chase cap and composite material columns making these replaced items maintenance free along with nice looking aluminum gutters. Matt also gave me a much better price for the work to be done than all the other estimates that were given to me.

They were professional, reasonably priced, and most importantly punctual.

After too many years of neglect, I hired Accomplished Chimney to take a look at my fireplace and flue and do whatever cleaning was necessary. Matt came to do the inspection and showed me, with photographs and video, exactly what condition my chimney was in from the roofline up... Not good... He was thorough and professional. The work crew, Mustaf, Manor, and Inpolito, did a beautiful job of replacing the chimney and installing new caps and flashing. Their work was unobtrusive, and I am very happy to know that this important task has been accomplished with their expert help.

They came on time and did the job without bother..

Our home’s chimney cap came off during a bad wind storm in November. The 1st company I contacted took 6 weeks just to inspect. They quoted my husband a price and later sent a proposal for thousands more than originally quoted. They claimed we needed to have the chimney rebuilt. Needless to say we were suspicious of them. When I was contacted by Accomplished after putting in a Home Advisor service request, they arrived timely & gave a great price. Since a piece had to be custom made, it took a couple of days before the chimney cap was replaced, but much quicker than anticipated and much less costly than the 1st company. The crew was timely, quick and efficient. I highly recommend Accomplished Chimney!

Excellent service. They had to replace my Chimney and it was done within a day. I was given an excellent price and the workers were professional and personable. Your scale goes up to 5 and I hope it is the equivalent of a 10.

I thought they were a little pricey compared to other quotes; however they seemed knowledgeable in their recommendations of what was needed and have brought the fireplace/chimney up to code. Had to reschedule once and late for the second appointment but not a big deal as there is always someone home. My only issue is they left a mess when they repointed the chimney - I had to do a cleanup of my patio from all the debris.

Work done quickly and workers were very neat.
