A1 SEWER CLEANING SERVICES

This past weekend our sewer backed up into the basement and we called A-1 Sewer Company to come in and help us. The company had very good reviews online and they PROMISED: “honest & reliable service, professional & affordable prices, 30 day money-back guarantee, as well as, to provide you with the most outstanding experience ever.” However, NONE of what they promised was what was delivered!!! They farmed out the job to another company (Delusso Cooling, Plumbing and Heating out of Totowa). First, the man from A-1 Sewer did NOT inform us that his company would not be doing the work. Secondly, the men who came (from Delusso) broke a cap on our pipe leading to the town sewer line which, let awful smells into our house. Thirdly, they claimed that they had cleaned out the pipe which, they had not. Fourthly, they charged an exorbitant rate for the 30 minutes of “work” they had done which as far as I can tell was only to break the cap on the sewer line and leave a gigantic mess. Finally, when questioned about the price they were threatening and we nearly had to call the police. Now back to square one and we called A-1 Sewer and told them that we were still experiencing the same problem we had started with. They explained that since they had called another company they were not going to take any responsibility for what was done. So… we got terrible service, no solution to our problem, a ridiculous bill, no 30 day money-back guarantee and the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I recommend that you DO NOT EVER use A-1 Sewer Company or Delusso Cooling, Plumbing and Heating or you will truly regret it.
