Never sent me an estimate, just ghosted me.

It was a pleasure doing business with Robert, who is competent and reliable.

Projects were organized and executed in a highly professional manner. The contractor was extremely proficient and knowledgeable with various aspects of job and scope requirements. The work was carried out with attention to detail, reflecting mastery of the various trades required to drive repair repairs/projects through to completion. Highly recommend Robert's services to family and friends. - Have already begun to do so!!

Robert of A & B reliable home improvement is extremely knowledgeable about taking care of outside decks. I also learned that his company handles many many other outside chores, so I will be using him again in the future.

Is this company still in business? I called them twice and did not even get a phone call back.

Robert showed on time to quote and provided me an estimate. I agreed to it. He was to call the following week & do the work. He never showed to do the work; never called. I even called him but I only got voice mail. I did leave a message but did not ever hear from him.

Robert was super knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. We changed out the door knobs on our doors but the mortise and strike plates were a different size. Robert was able to resize the surface on the doors for us and installed the door knobs. The kicker? The doors were just painted black and needed to be handled with care. Not a single blemish on the doors. Robert did an amazing job! Highly recommended.

Evaluated my issue (leaking window) thoroughly, including possible options. Did not try to up sell or overcharge. Came back later in the day do the repair (caulking) when the temperature was warmer and the repair would hold best.
